overall I'm pretty well satisfied great service by the way they treat you this is a company treats its customers the way they wanna be n eeven at any time your order Is wrong they will pretty much do anything possible that they can to fix the problem such as an order or a refund if you are not satisfied I have a recommend company to a friend although I can't say that about many places but I have ordered from here countless times and everything I've ever gotten and got exactly what I ordered haven't had any problems with them and that's why I continue to buy. From here if I have a question problem or even need parts for airbrush they Will be able to help me what I need what's going to cost and how long is going to take it there

They answered all my question quickly and all my stuff shipped out right away. They where the lowest prices I could find on the internet and they had everything I was looking for.

I ordered 2 Paasche airbrushes about a month apart. Since I've always used Badgers
I was inquiring about one that I couldn't seem to find, the customer service guy went as far as contacting Badger and found that the brush was discontinued. I opted for the Paasche in it's place but wasn't very familiar with them. The service rep answered all my questions and gave me insight as to what brush performs what. In fact, we were probably on the phone for 10 minutes or so, most other places wouldn't go that distance for you. Anyway, you'd be foolish to look anywhere else for an airbrush, frisket paper, supplies etc. They beat EVERY price I found on line by far. If you need anything in regard to airbrushing....YOU FOUND IT!

Well there isn't much to say About Chicago Airbrush Supply except AWESOME,OUTSTANDING,SECOND TO NONE,EXCELLENT,PROFESSIONAL!.
I have had so many questions and they helped me answer everyone.They tell you the truth unlike companies that just want to sell you things.My only regret is that i didn't find them sooner.I could have saved a lot of time and money.Companies should use these guys as a template for how to do things.Oh and i would have given them 20 stars but 5 was the limit.If you are serious about Airbrushing and supplies, this is your place.

I was interested in some back up replacement parts for my airbrush. ( I am a model railroader) Customer service person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased more than I planned, based on his recomendationl . The fact that there was a sale helped a lot.'

I live in an area that does not have any airbrush or pinstriping related distributors. I did buy from Coast Airbrush as they had some specialty items I could not get elsewhere, and had good experiences, but the shipping was always high, and the last couple orders had some shortages, poor communication, and customer service was "OK" when I called. The kicker was when I placed an order over $300 and was going to be charged over $40 for shipping items that I knew fit in a smaller single box, and weighed less than 10 pounds. I still ended up paying $20+ after I got them to match TCP Global's freight policy. I work in warehousing/shipping & receiving/purchasing, so I know what the costs are.

After that last experience, I switched gears to Chicago Airbrush supply and have been very pleased ever since. Product I use/need is in stock, and the USPS Priority Mail gets to my house in a couple days at a reasonable shipping cost with no problems. The communication from Chicago Airbrush Supply has always been great. I've had two orders where the product was not available - one was an issue of Pinstriping and Kustom Graphics magazine. I was notified and offered a refund or to choose another magazine copy. The other was parts for a vintage Paasche airbrush I was resurrecting. They weren't in stock but they shipped the rest and followed up with the out of stock product a week later at no additional shipping charge. I have been very pleased with Chicago Airbrush Supply since switching over to them. The prices are on par, or competitive, with everyone else, and the shipping is reasonable and fast. I.E. they are not trying to make up lost profits on "lowest prices" by charging me more on shipping. I have referred a few people to Chicago Airbrush Supply as well due to my recent good experiences. I will continue to keep Chicago Airbrush Supply as my first-choice airbrush and painting supply shop.

I was looking for quick disconnects for my Badger and Harbor Freight air brushes. Chicago had a great variety but even the service guys could not answer critical questions about thread size, diameters, hoses, etc. I'll cut them some slack blaming the manufacturer's not providing the information. There has to be someone ready to take up the view from the consumer who is caught in the middle ordering something we may or may not know will fit. Despite this frustration, I ended with a positive experience. It also speaks to the saying buy everything from one brand, but how is a novice to know that and what professional uses just one brush? Details, details, details please will increase sales.

They didn't have what I ordered in stock but they sent out for it and had it to me within 3 days (Just in time for my Halloween party) It was also the cheapest prices I could find online. Thanks again!
