I have been dealing with Chicago Air for three years. I have not had a bad experience with them. They are quick and easy to deal with they are a very dependable company.

I purchased a converter kit and spare parts for an Iwata gun I already had and also was advised on the merits and drawbacks of a the smaller Iwata Neo unit which I also ultimately purchased. Sometimes it is hard to make informed decisions based solely on the info provided so it was truly helpful to be able to call and speak someone with true product expertise. I have received everything and it was exactly what I looking for and expecting based on the phone call.

The orders that I've placed, there's been no issues. Not many online services ship to Hawaii for a reasonable price, so CABS has been great in that regard as well.
The only issue with ordering online on your website is that your part numbers, for airbrush parts, is different from the manufacturer's, which is understandable. Because of that, I've ordered wrong parts in the past and the online pics and description can be a little more detailed.
Other than that, no problems ordering from you. I will be placing another order soon from you through Amazon. Either way…thanks and keep it up!

I have purchased may items from Chicago Airbrush Supply and have never had any problems. They have excellent service and prices that beat anyone. I would highly recommend this company online or else ware. I have never in the last 10-12 years that I have been purchasing items from Chicago Airbrush have ever had any problems. They are very well organized and buying is a pleasant experience as always. They are easy to get in touch with and they reply to any questions or concerns. As far as I am concerned they are the best and only place I would buy any products that pertain to their business. They also have the best prices and sales available at periods throughout the year that making the best prices even better.

After searching the internet for airbrushes and supplies I chose Chicago Air because of the wide range of selection of airbrushes to chose from. The prices were within my affordability and they carried other things like the different paint and cleaning equipment needed for the care of an airbrush. I've recommended Chicago Air to many friends and relatives. I really appreciate the free shipping for airbrushes as other companies charge an arm and a leg for their shipping.

I wanted a detail airbrush for miniature painting and Chicago Airbrush Supply had one I wanted for an insanely good price. I think it was around a good %50 off of MSRP. when it arrived it was exactly as it was described on their site and everything I could ask for. Will buy from again.
