DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICAGO AIRBRUSH SUPPLY

I am 110% dissatisfied with this company. I ordered $120 worth of paint on 1/5/17 and today is 2/9/17 and I still haven't received my order. I paid through paypal and disputed the charge. The seller responded telling me that the product should have been drop shipped. I still haven't received the paint. None of their phone numbers work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm still waiting for my product or refund!!

Did not get order

Called, twice now. Left 3phone messages for Rich to call. Just sad. Did not get my purchase. Just support your customers with finding there shipments and orders. You suck

Out of Stock items not listed on the website.

This is a pet peeve of mine. Companies not listing items as out of stock. I ordered the item on good faith and chose an expensive shipping option to make sure I got it quickly. They were slow getting back to me with the unwelcome news that it will be a week or more before they receive the kit from the manufacturer. Now I certainly won't have the kit for when I needed it (what is the point of choosing an expensive express delivery if one has to wait for a company to restock?) so if the delay is longer than the promised 5-7 days I will ask for a complete refund and not bother this company again.

Still haven't got product after 7 months

Ordered 10 cans of stencil tac 7 months ago and have nothing called them 3 months ago and was told would come in 2 weeks. This happened before and when I finally called and requested a refund they charged me a 30% restocking fee and never refunded the shipping fees which was quite a bit. Don't think they are reliable at all or good business practices!

Poor Professionalism

I have ordered from this company a total of 3 times. And all 3 times, have been not so good experiences. All three orders were items that were out of stock, however, I wasn't notified that they were out of stock until the next day. Then the items were supposed to be in Stock within 7-9 business days. Every time, I had to call after day 11 to check the status. Only to be greeted by someone whom sounded like they had a mouth full of food. And to be told that he found my order but he has to have his manager call me back later. I have never left a negative review, however this is just unacceptable customer service. I didn't allow the first transaction to make me negative towards the company, nor the 2nd because I understand that things sometimes happen. Not every time though. I guess in order to get the superior customer service that other patrons talk about, you have to live within driving distance and have face to face contact. I know that internet orders are not important to this company. I won't be ordering from here EVER again!!

Poor service, items not shipped on time, lies!

I ordered over $600 worth of product on the 17th of the month to be arriving in 3-4 days. On the 6th day it still wasn't here so I called and the guy was patronizing and not at all helpful. He said he would give his manager my info and his manager never called me. All I wanted was a tracking number so they emailed me an email with a button that says "track" even though it leads no where. I am a 4 hour drive from where these things are being shipped from, it should not take more than 3-4 days to get here. I called back a few days later and they still had no info as to where my package was let alone have a tracking number so they called Iwata and they said they would forward the tracking info to me and I still have not received that email! I called Iwata myself and they said that they didn't receive the order until the 26th (the day I called to inquire where it was). So they never told me that they made a mistake and forgot to enter my order and they sent me 2 separate emails telling me that my order was confirmed and being shipped! Frauds! NEVER AGAIN!!! Let me speak to your owner!

Excellent communication and customer support.

I was an entirely new customer to CAS and unsure if dealing with an American company with me living in New Zealand as i usually buy local. My merchandise arrived in not quite perfect order so I immediately made contact with CAS regarding my concerns. CAS wasted no time in addressing my concerns and even put me in direct contact with Ken at Badger arrange a replacement at no cost to me. Could'nt speak highly enough of CAS and Badger. Best customer service and support I've ever experienced, period.

Decent service.

Great overall service, ships fast. Until I had an item which I paid for but did not receive and still haven't gotten a refund after calling twice, guy on the phone didn't really seem to care that's probably why I haven't seen a refund. Probably wont order from them again.

Great service, secure packaging, fair pricing

It's good to be able to find all the items you need at one stop and have them all shipped quickly and securely packaged to avoid damage. Reasonable prices and great customer service. These folks are a great no worries online shopping pleasure.

You simply cant go wrong

I bought everything from Chicago Air Brush Supply, a compressor, gun, hose, etc. The staff was extremely friendly n helped me buy the correct tools I needed. Years later I had a bent needle and my gun wasn't spraying properly it was skipping spray. I went to two separate sites and a replacement needle for the Grex XB were sold out. Chicago Air Brush Supply had them in stock and I received them in the mail in a timely fashion, I am one very satisfied customer.

Easy, fast, great selection, and really good advice regarding my purchase

I bought an airbrush compressor here. I had some performance issues with my previous compressor so I wanted to choose the right upgrade, and the technical advice on their site was really helpful. No issues with shipping, arrived on-time, and the purchase transaction was smooth.

Only issue I have today - they are currently out of the next airbrush I want, likely due to all the holiday sales. If it were in stock today I'd buy it right away.

Just love the friendliness and coziness of the store and staff!!!

Always helpful with great compete prices. The staff is always smiling and eager to answer questions. I live about 75 miles away but always stop in fo supplies when i stop to see my dad in the city. My kids love it to.
Their mail order is quickly shipped, well packed and received in a great time frame. i always compare other stores especially the drab Blix to Chicago Airbrush Supply and none of them have come close.
Keep up the great work!!
