I bought 4 pairs from you and so far 1 pair has arrived after 3 months. Very low quality and nothing resembling sales photos. I expect a full refund

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One took about a month to arrive and the 2nd took two months. I had to email to find out what was taking so long and was told the 2nd was back-ordered, which I would not have known if I had not reached out myself. I did receive a helpful response the first time, but upon a 2nd email received a vague, non-helpful response. Neither pair are great quality and the second pair looks nothing like what I ordered. They were supposed to be warm and waterproof which is definitely not accurate. The insides were supposed to be fuzzy and there is no fuzz. The sizes run small, so I can't fit thick warm socks in them, since there is no insulation. Upon looking at the return policy, it says you can return within 15 days of the shipping date. Well, an email said the 2nd pair shipped November 17th, but I didn't receive them until December 14th. I would highly advise against ordering through this website.

Awful awful. Never again. Waste of time and money.
Three months after ordering, I received an emailed stating they were just getting shipped out now. Really!!!???!!!!
Two months after that....boots finally arrived.
Absolutely pitiful quality.
The company is a joke and a huge money rip off.

My pair of boots took 25 days to even be shipped and then another to arrive. The design wasn’t too bad (I own a pair of the original design, Dr Martens,; the Chichola one is a clear knockoff of that) but the quality is TERRIBLE. The sole separated from the boot after wearing the boots 3 times as they are simply GLUED together. Their ‚customer service‘ was of no help as they say they were damaged after shipping; i should have thoroughly checked upon reception as i am sure there were signs of the issue early on. It is obvious that shoes at their pricepoint will be of lower quality but this is very low by Chinese Standards; had their customer service been better I might have given it another chance but the 2 aspects combined make it a company I highly suggest to stay away from.

Don't buy from this website!! It's such a con, the wait for the item to arrive was outrageous, then when the boots arrived the sole detached itself from the rest within about three wears.
They gave a tiny refund which didn't even cover the postage and there returns policy basically means they can rob you.
Just don't do it.

They will not respond to emails about wanting to return/exchange boots because they are too small. I have sent five emails by now. Absolutely furious. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Package arrived quality very poor has nothing to do with the pictures instead of a cardigan i got a tishirt in the same colour. And they do not reply to return goods and get a refund

If I could give zero stars, I would. The junk boots they sent me look nothing g like the picture of what I thought I was ordering. The foot beds have holes in them and I have not even worn them. They will not give me a refund. They are horrible!!!! Do not be sucked in by cute ads. The item they send are a pale comparison.

I bought the 2 pairs of riding boots, the red and black leather. After a lot of waiting I finally got them. The red ones were what I ordered, the black wrte not leather but SUEDE. I live in Buffalo, no place for suede. They offered me a 20% discount if I'd keep them. I said no as they were useless to me in a Buffalo winter. No answer. Today I emailed them and said that they were being very shortsighted about a cheap pair of boots(China) I consented to the 20% plus the 15% they said they would give me for 5he delay. I haven't heard back. I'm ok with the red ones but would never have anything to do with them again. they have very good looking boots but DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Watch your bank accounts guys, just been robbed blind with hotel payments, luxury taxi hire, gym membership to name a few transactions. Luckily the bank got suspicious and declined card eventually. They even tried to link apple pay, paypal and ebay to our card.
This is the only dodgy 'company' we've shopped with. Didn't receive my goods either to top it off.

If I could choose ZERO stars I woulda! Horrible company. They advertise photos of shoes from other brands like Free People n other nice shoe places and send u cheap Chinese replicas!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! The clothing is the same!!!! This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

What did I do?! I ordered $130 worth in clothes and they are so cheap that they made off with about $120 worth of my money! This company is a bait and switch, meaning their website shows you wonderful looking attire and sends you super small cheapest clothes I have ever seen. This is a total ripoff.

This is a fake store, I've bought a pair of shoes that were never delivered, they sent a fake tracking number and the product never arrived, neither I was able to get refund! RUN!

i was sent the wrong boots. they denied to pay the postage to return tgem to China and a refund!
Customer care kept on sending me the same standard mail.

What a nightmare - stay well clear. I ordered some shoes and never received them. They were being sent by Yodel and tracking said they had been delivered. I emailed Chichola who told me exactly the same thing and to go the post office. They told me this a couple of times until they relalised it was not the post office. When they eventually looked into it, they said that delivery had not been accepted which was not the case obviously and they had been destroyed and no refund was possible. No shoes and $40 out of pocket, Shame on you Chichola - no apology nothing. Never would I buy from them again and I highly recommend no one else does either.

This company is TERRIBLE! Took over two months to receive my merchandise and when it came it was ALL damaged! Not to mention it is the cheapest, not well made, most horrible materials I have ever seen! And i spent a decent amount on 4 items. They refuse to give my money back and are not willing to cooperate. Crap goods from this company and terrible CS....BEWARE

It took 3 MONTHS to receive the boots I ordered......and when they came they didn't even look like the ones advertised...definitely bait and switch! I didn't know the company was in China until I had already ordered them.....buyers beware.

After waiting for my boots for nearly 2 months. I received a cheap imitation of the ones I ordered online, with a totally different cloth. After contacting Chichola with images of the boots I ordered and the boots I received they offered me a 20% refund only as they claim they are the same item!
Do not purchase from this company!!

Took nearly 7 weeks to receive my item and when it arrived boy did it look cheap!
Very cheaply made, poor quality, crap materials, I wouldn't mind if it was actually cheap but no. Oh well, my own fault really should've listened to the reviews
