Ordered a hoodie on Sep 14th. It is now Sep 29th. Still no dispatch. At least there's a modicum of contact via email (though slow, takes a few days for them to respond). Would not reccomend. Don't buy there.

I opened a claim with Paypal. Never received the items and requested a cancellation and refund of the order. I should have read the reviews first....

I am wishing I would of seen these reviews prior to purchase omg!!! I’m so upset I have spent $136 on shoes and yes they do not look like the pictures at all or even the quality of the shoe is not worth the price and pain of this company. I continue to get same email with no answers and I am out on my money at this point and left with the shoes that don’t even fit. I ran into same issue wait oh and this ione saying I’m getting a refund but never got one. The company continues to send the same emails. This company advertised on Facebook and Instagram is how I saw them. Do not purchase anything because it’s not worth the hassel.

A$$ holes steal your money and don’t send Anything. Got an email saying “can you please wait”? Ummm NO I CANT WAIT A MONTH FOR OVER 100$ WORTH OF STUFF!!!

Awful! Ugly shoes which doesn’t look like the picture at all, had to wait a month. I will never ever order something again!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Forget this company. It takes too long and products do not resemble at all what they show in the pictures. Save your money. I wish I had saved mine!

Theft is the RIGHT word. I placed an order for 3 pairs of boots 10 days ago. Nothing has shipped. After inquiring 5 days ago I was told "it takes 3-5 days to get your order shipped". Well, it's now been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. Then I decided to research reviews on ChicHola and found this goldmine of truth. Other shoppers who are in the same boat as I am in.

I should have done my research before giving them any of my money. Those boots were too good to be true. If they actually existed, they probably wouldn't even been the same ones as they advertised .

No returned emails when I asked for a refund and cancellation of my order. Case is currently open with PayPal.

STAY AWAY!!!

Theft is a pretty strong word, but if someone takes your money and then doesn't send anything, can't say if they ever will send something and refuses to refund you even though they have no goods to send - I would suggest it's a pretty appropriate word.
Make a donation to charity instead - at least that way you lose out, but to a good cause.
Cannot stress enough how much this bunch of charlatans should be avoided.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order TWO MONTHS ago and received a confirmation saying my boots would arrive in 10-20 days and that I would recieve an email as soon as my order has shipped. Three weeks had passed and I hadn't even recieved an email letting me know that they had shipped. So I contacted the chichola support asking.. to which a reply said that there had been a delay issue with sending my boots and they are "working very hard to rush them." I was told to please wait patiently. So I did, for another two weeks and still nothing. A few days ago I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my order and expect a full refund. SURPRISE I get a reply stating my order has unfortunately already been shipped and would arrive in 10-20 days. With the tracking number given to me I proceed to find the evidence that my order has indeed shipped but when I enter my tracking number, apparently it's INVALID. •••NEEDLESS TO SAY PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.••• I have never left a bad review in my life. I dont find that it's worth the energy but this time I could not sit back and let others purchase from a "company" like this. #dissapointed

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago. I emailed repeatedly and would wait days for a response. They kept telling me to be patient. Finally I had enough and asked to cancel my order and have a refund and the next day I get an email saying half of my order has now shipped therefore they can not cancel my order. What a JOKE!!! This has probably been one of the most frustrating online purchases I have ever made.

Horrible. Nothing like the pictures and awful fabrics. Everything went straight to the trash bin.

Well after a month of ordering, my shoes still haven't shipped. After repeatedly emailing their customer service, I can't get an estimated ship date for my order either. I have asked for a refund twice now and it still hasn't been issued. This is beyond frustrating and a terrible buying experience. I would not waste your money on this site.

Poor quality and company doesn't stand by their product. I bought a pair of shoes. Like them, but didn't wear them right away. After wearing for about 5 hours, they were already cracking and a small spot started to peel.
Chichola would not stand by their lack of quality....told me since it was more that 15 days, I could not return. They offered nothing to stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY FROM CHICHOLA!!!

I believe it's a scam. Never received my items, and have emailed several times to no avail.
