Purchased the pro heat lamp with dimmer switch. The lamp is great, it's keeping my 13 yr old g shepherd nice and cosy outside in a 6x4 shed. Happy Days

My order arrived promptly. Was as described. Good service. I will use them again.

Placed my order in late August and time went on, in late September I sent a chaser email and was informed that on the day I placed my order there was an issue with their systems and the order would be despatched straight away, OK. End of October still no sign of the order so a further chaser then eventually the order turned up. Just as well it wasn't food otherwise my chooks would be no more. Must try harder = D- for Wells Poultry.

Had problem with one of my delivery were the packaging was done very poorly and and an item was totally damaged.
I contacted Wells Poultry and I was promised that the damaged item would be sent to me free of charge.
This never happened and feel I was just told what I wanted to hear - very disappointing.
So Wells Poultry can talk the Talk but they DON'T Walk the Talk !!

galvanised feeders are good value but wish the pre-fitted cross piece had been put in the other way up so it doesn't catch the feed

great service, recived the product I ordered within 3 days.

After a full month waiting we have not yet received the order.
We're trying to make contact about it, but sadly we have not heard from the shop.
Do not buy anything there, unless you want to spent money on nothing at all.

Was told this would work in three days and it did! Thought I would have to spend a fortune seeing a vet but this did the trick

We have frequently purchased goods online from Wells Poultry. Our recent purchase was a door closer, we have brought this before and we are extremely pleased with it. We can settle down at night sure in the knowledge that our chucks are safe inside their house. These door closer/openers are brilliant, the web site is brilliant and the delivery is brilliant - nuff said

The feeders are very well designed and appear strong and durable however the brackets purchased in order for us to attach to a wall were off very poor standard. I got my boyfriend to fit them for me and in the end I had to admit they weren't going to do. We temporarily fixed them and pulled the clips out to catch the feeder as we were scared it could fall on top of a hen therefore we will make a holder to support the feeder. I would very much recommend the feeder itself, I have filled it up twice in one week and I have 17 hens. Overall I am pleased with the purchase as I have a handy man to sort out the fixing to the inside of my wooden hen house.

I needed some replacement bulbs for an infra red lamp we use when we have puppies. I didn't want to bother driving to the nearest farm supplies shop (which isn't close) so looked online for an alternative supply. Wells Poultry came up. Unfortunately they didn't have the Philips bulbs in stock (the brand I usually use) so I opted for an unbranded bulb as I'm too lazy to spend much time searching for anything. They were very reasonably priced, delivery was very quick and the bulbs were well packed and arrived safely.
