Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience.

I have bought three cotton jumpers and received three poor quality synthetic fabric garments with poorly printed graphics. I have asked for a refund as per my right and they have stopped responding to me. I have initiated a charge back. If this fails then I will seek legal action against this company. I normally wouldn’t do this but considering how they clearly know what they are doing is illegal I may have no choice.

Scam. Poor quality. Polite via email but evasive

As many have described. Quality is awful and now as on website. It is a scam. I asked for a refund and was offered partial refund twice. Then eventually given details to send products back but asked to pay shipping from uk to NEWYORK USA. I spoke to my bank. I emailed back to the company saying products are available for them to collect and I want a refund(after several requests). They responded to say I would get a full refund. I am yet to see the money back in my bank. If it doesn’t get there bank are happy to dispute and take money back.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. The hoody purchased was not only the wrong colour, but was extremely thin and the material was shiny. The fitting was terrible and the hood too big. I feel embarrassed for them! After looking at the reviews here this place needs shutting down. False advertising and a scam!! I will be trying to get a refund

Disappointed

Quality of items is extremely disappointing. The pictures on website are definitely not the actual product (probably AI generated). The clothing is cheap and ill-fitted, poor print quality and material quality (advertised as cotton blend but it is in fact cheap polyester). One example: a sweater with two different length sleeves! They charge $40 for a shirt that looks like cost 50 cents to make. I e-mailed both support and complaint e-mails after reading these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I hope I get a full refund or I will be disputing this as fraud with my credit card. Extremely deceptive. Order#CW00019386

Terrible quality, poor refund policy

False advertised for the quality of the product. Stated cotton blend but was 100% polyester.

Upon requesting a refund they state you have to pay to send it to New York or settle for half the money back (probably what it's actually worth) avoid it like the plague. Embarrassing quality

Standard drop shipping scam.

Standard drop shipping scam.
Goods marketed as cotton but actually cheap, very low quality polyester.
Various ‘goodwill’ offers of a partial refund whereby they still make money.
Do a Bank chargeback and don’t even bother asking for a refund.
Edit post response.
The reason a chargeback was requested is because your customer service team expect me to pay to return your goods despite you claiming they are something they are not. They are not what you claim them to be so why do you expect anyone to pay for that?

Poor experience from start to finish

Poor experience from start to finish....Clothing that arrived was not as ordered. Cheap, thin materials, not as advertised. Poor fit...completely not fit for purpose.
Attempted to return which they repeatedly tried to avoid by offering my all sort of spurious offers...to then be told I have to send my returns to Staten Island in the US!

Poor quality

I ordered a t-shirt, 2 sweaters which are all described as "cotton blend" when the label on each garment indicates that they are all 100% polyester. Looks nothing like the website pictures, it' s really poor quality, items are all too wide and too short so do not order from here :(

Cheap poor-quality clothing.

Cool art printed on cheap and very thin 100% polyester. Think of cheap and low-quality clothing you could expect from Wish or Temu. Absolute drop-shipping scam that requires you to jump through hoops should you choose to return the item(s). Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy

Like many have already said, appears this is a scam company or at best a very poorly ran company.
Cancelled my order after it had still not been dispatched after 3 weeks of waiting and had been told it would be at least another 3 weeks for shipping after dispatch. Company said I would have a refund in 5-10 business days. But 10 business days later and no sign of my money back.
Chased the company about this but rather than just been able to issue the refund customer services said they would "urge" the finance department to issue the refund.
Absolute joke of a company and more likely just a scam. Please don't purchase from this company.
