I'm reporting what happen to me to Yahoo. That's okay with you, right?

I ordered 14 items from Chilicloth (tops, pants, dresses and jewelry)... I give them 3 and a half stars because, although I checked the size chart and made sure my measurements matched their sizes, the pants and dresses were off. 2 of my t-shirts were suppose to be V-necks but ended-up being round neck shirts. One of the pants are way too long (compared to the picture) and another of my tops (tunic-like) is very thin bad quality material. The jewelry were are as described and the rest of my items were fine. The prices are indeed very good, but I'm still happy that I can sew and able to adjust all the off pieces I chose. Be sure to take your measurements and check their size chart, and also consider if the material has a bit of stretch in it, because they do write those details in the clothes descriptions.

In conclusion, I am satisfied and did receive a good service. This is not a "scam" site (I even got a refund for something I accidently ordered twice) but just like any other online shopping (especially for clothes) study the descriptions carefully. As for the delivery time, they are in Hong Kong so you need to be a little patient.

though really cheaply made. The 2nd was really see-through - which was neither pictured nor stated in the catalog. The boots were absolute junk. They were glued in places boots are normally stitched and made of thin pseudo suede. The ad pictured sturdy, good quality boots not even remotely like what I received. I submitted the first of many emails within hours of receiving the pkg. All emails were ignored completely until it was past the return deadlines I reach the company on this info which is Eight 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇ᶠⁱᵛᵉ𝒻ᵢᵥₑ ₜ𝓌ₒ ₒₙₑ ⁷²⁴⁵ Really cheap and unforgivably long shipping time I was able to return this Garbage to the company But one pair was really cute although I’m concerned about how long they’ll last because the fabric seems cheap.

Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a number of items that did arrive but none were as described. Materials were awful and sizing was off. Ask to return the items but they offered a 15% discount but I insisted as nothing was wearable. Sent back at a significant cost to me and then after months and months the parcel was returned to me. This is a scam, the photos are not real and the descriptions false. Very very disappointed and certainly out of pocket a great deal.

First and foremost you are lead to believe that this is a US company to only find out it's over seas. Either they send you the wrong item and expect you to keep it at a 30% discount or months goes by and you hear nothing. Then they tell you it's out of stock and will refund you. I will never order anything from them again. It's really a shame since they do have some cute and unique items. Just not worth the headache in my opinion.

One star is way too much still haven’t gotten anything I’ve emailed them even been on a live chat with them and they just keep saying they are “reviewing it” or they’re having “technical difficulties” I even been asking for my refund because they took the money from my account but didn’t let me submit the order still don’t make sense they’ve been ignoring me this whole website is a mess and a SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THERE!

Ordered 6 items in the end of July. 4 items resived in November. Other two never received. Was writing emails to customer service back and force, they said they will send it, but never send. Too much job to shop in this store , but not fun at all. One star is too big for you gays.

1 star is too much. The photos show good looking fashions. They don’t look like the ads at all!
They took forever to arrive from China! All wrinkled and poorly made. I washed them, of course. One piece, pants, RIPPED apart at the seam! The fabric shredded.
I didn’t even try to return. I just chalked it up to a pricey experience!!!
I hope this keeps someone from having an extremely unpleasant experience!

I bought almost $200 worth of clothing. Not a single item was true to size. By the time I got around to returning it, I had missed the ridiculously short 15 day return window and couldn't get a refund or exchanges. For that reason, I won't buy from this company again.

I received two large packages jammed with clothes in separate packages. I NEVER ordered some of this stuff. In fact, most of it. 12 items i NEVER would have ordered. I cannot return them, and frankly, i will have to donate them. Two items were leggings marked 3X. They should have been marked, small. This company is hosted by Wish. A 3X might be a large or extra large, or it might be a medium. There is no standard to their sizing

Ordered a t-shirt back in June 2020. It has never arrived. Shouldn’t take 3 months plus to receive one T-shirt. I have been ripped off. Don’t order from Chilicloth.

Orders take toooo long. Doesn’t respond to emails.Cloths are much smaller than the size you choose.

I ordered a number of tops from Chilicloth.com recently. The online catalog had many, many enticing pictures of clothes I'd love to wear, and they looked like quality items. The photography and staging were top-notch, professional, and the website was well done. I was impressed especially with the wide range of sizes. I wear a size 3X. Many of the items come in sizes even larger. That's great.

However, none of the tops that I received fit. They are all labelled 3X, but I'd have to lose 50 pounds to wear them. Some wouldn't go over my hips, some wouldn't even go past my shoulders. If that's not enough, all of them were cheap imitations of the items on the website. Fabrics were thinner, some were almost see-through. A few weren't finished properly. One has a kind of rubber applique meant to look like embroidery.

I decided to return everything. When I checked the website, the only address I saw was in England. I started an email exchange when they sent me notification that one item was late, and that led to the information that returning them would be at my expense, and I would have to send them to CHINA. They offered me a partial refund instead. At first it was 15%, but it increased to 25%. This was on a total of almost $200. When I checked various services I learned that shipping would cost at least $80. So there wasn't much choice. I ended up with a $42 refund and I'm stuck with a bunch of clothes I will have to donate to a women's shelter or something.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHILICLOTH.COM!!! It's not purposely a scam, but it might as well be.

I really do love the blouses I received. They were just as cute as they looked . Just one problem is I need to return a pair of pants. Pants were very small. Otherwise I loved the blouses I received.

This is a scam! The pictures on their website are beautiful but in reality they are cheap pieces of cloth that look nothing like the picture, the quality is terrible, and its horrible. Do not waste your money on this

I love four of the eleven items I ordered. There is no curve to the the tops and dresses, as if I’m built straight as a board. Trying to send an email to “service @chilicloth” and it doesn’t exist. No customer service on their website. The dresses feel like they are made of VERY thin parachute material. Design is cute, but no way I can wear these items. So disappointed !!

I knew come from an oriental establishment the sizes would be smaller, So I ordered 3XL because I usually wear large.SO WRONG! The bust part on the 3X is like a medium USA size. Returning is impossible. They wouldn’t respond to an email. Wrote them again and their policy makes it impossible to return.
So sad-the material was so cute & I really wanted them.

Worst for ever. Paid on 3rd August,2020 but not received till 7th September

Scam. Dont bother trying to get yr orders tracked etc! All the excuses they will give.
There is another company on fb selling the exact items.
