I got all i ordered and things were fine ..except i bought a pair of earings and they sent me 2 right earings..i have tried to get a hold of customer service and at no one is to get back to me what do i do??

This is a joke. The collars are very strange, the fabric is not good. When I asked to return, here is the response:

According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receive and inspect the return package.

SERIOUSLY!!! 15% refund!!!!

This is coming from China so the delivery was fine by me. Of course I ordered larger than I wear but still too little. The clothing was adorable just dont fit. I'm giving them to my daughter. My only complaint would be they should some where put about size. I wasn't expecting a certain type of fabric so there was no disappointment there.

I wish I could put less than one star. I purchased six tops. None of them fit. They are very badly made, poor quality material, and the sizing is way off. Please learn from my expensive mistake.

Check the reviews. The grammar in the "excellent" reviews reveal they are NOT from America and when you read the negative reviews, you will know to be very careful. I ordered two blouses so long ago that I don't remember. They sure do have my email, but they don't give updates or ANYTHING except phony sales. Seriously, if this changes, I will edit this review. For now: DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Big lie its sales, very poor quality, and nothing that is in the photos looks like what I received. they won't let you return, and you can't cancel the order. and it takes more than a month for the to arrive. I would never buy again in this fake store.

If I could give less than one star I would. Where do I start? This company is not far from a scam. No email to confirm order, and it took a long time to get any response to inquiries. After almost a month SOME items arrived. I was looking for cotton clothing and the tags say they are cotton, but they don't feel like it. Another item came a few days later, tag says it's polyester though website clearly said it was cotton. I asked to return it, was told I'd have to pay to ship it to China plus customs fees or I could have a 15% refund. Still haven't receive the last item I ordered. The clothes look cute and the prices are great... but don't be tempted, don't waste your money, don't support this company.

Order took a while to come, but it’s a long way. Ordered everything cotton - was not. Worst was a dress that seems to be sewn from a plastic garbage bag. Nothing looks like the cool pictures. Then the sizes - all different. Nothing is corresponds to their own measurements. Pants in XL fits a normal 9 year old! To return it ... costs a lot and we’ll see if I even get any money back. Was offered a discount to alter the clothes. How can I transform from child size to an adult XL? Don’t, just don’t try this.

I was hopeful as all the items I ordered said cotton, however just a few were cotton fabric, some 100% polyester. Fit varied greatly even though I ordered all the same size. One I am unable to wear at all, a couple 100% polyester, the others are wearable however I probably won't order from this site again though I was happy with the patterns on all items.

I waited over 7 weeks for the shipment to arrive. I emailed 3 times asking for tracking information or confirmation and got no response. None of the items fit and I asked for a refund. They offered 15%, saying that would be enough to have the items altered. I did not accept their offer and now have to pay to return the items to China. What a ridiculous way to do business.

I am never buying anything from chilicloth none of the shirts I bought fit me and they offered me a 15% refund for me to fix the clothes. Not good.

I ordered a shirt from Chilicloth. The quality is substandard and it was too tight in the shoulders. I tried to return it. I was offered a 15% refund to alter the garment myself. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I order one shirt to see the quality - OMG terrible - this does not evan look close to what you see on their models! Blouse is not evan cotton, looks like white thin sheet . The image has different colours - just horrible. COMPLETE RIP OFF! Very cheaply made and have no shape at all...

Not true to size! Ordered a 3X, wear a 2X. Bust tight, arms tight and length, barely covers hips. Material is so thin, you can see through it. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. If you don't have money to waste, don't buy from this company.

Shipping took forever. When the two blouses arrived I was pleased with the prints, but fabric is awful. I washed them right away, by hand, to try to get wrinkles out. After drying in dryer the same creases and folds are still there. I just sprayed and ironed them, and some of the folds are still there. Very unsatisfied and will not ever order anything from them again.

My first time to order.I ordered a blouse ,it had pretty colors and design.It got here about a month and 2 weeks later. I sent an e-mail forgot to put the order number in the e-mail ,so I had to resend the e-mail,with the order number. I ordered an XL per your sizes listed and your order# indicated it was a small ( your fault)! In this case you should give me full refund! I should have listened to the reviews.I am tired of the run around! 15% refund what joke.

COMPLETE RIP OFF! Chinese company that will not give you the refund that they promised. They just stop communicating with you! The clothes are very cheaply made and they have no shape at all... the clothes are NOT what you see on their models!

Don't be fooled by this company, I spent $130.00 on 6 tops and I have only received 3! One wasvery nice but to small, the other two are horrible it said cotton blend and y is like satin very unhappy!!!

I would rate this company with -10. I ordered 2 cotton shirts with floral designs. I received the first, there wasn't a cotton fiber in it. It reminded me of the fabric that my daughters Snow White costume was made out of 20 years ago. Very cheap crap. They wanted to five me 15% back and keep the crap. I sent if back and its less than a wash. I guess I will throw the other away. Don't let these Chinese companies steal from you. Pick an American company.
