The refuse to give my stuff and refuse to give me my money back so I will report them and after I will go to the bank and get my money back. The assembly instructions didn't align…
The assembly instructions didn't align with the product which resulted in a broken table.
When raising the issue to customer service( whom by the way, you can only contact through a online chat - there is no phone, not a single person you can actually talk to) they asked for videos, picture and detailed explanations on the error, after providing that it took a month before i got a reply and that reply was just by sending me the same faulty assembly instructions again and wishing me good luck - like they didn't read or watched anything they asked me to provide.
After again complaining about the handling of the issue itself they wanted to compensate me with a 1/6 of the tables worth.
After complaining yet again, they finally decided to replace the broken parts (at least thats what they say) - which was the only thing i wanted from the beginning.
First time shopping from Chilli, definetly the last, no wonder the company doesn't have stores around no more.

Wonderful service
We had such a wonderful experience at Chilli Barkarby with Vivianne when buying the Copenhagen Premium sofa. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful explaining the differences between various sofas and materials in a clear and professional way.
Vivianne also gave us great tips on how to take care of the sofa and recommended the right products to keep it in perfect condition. On top of that, she provided all the delivery details and made sure we had all the answers.
Overall, outstanding service. We’re very happy with our purchase and with the support we received from Vivianne!

Vivianne at Chilli was an exceptional seller. I was unsure about buying a couch and dining table, but within 24 hours I returned to finalize my order thanks to her help. She provided fabric samples for the Copenhagen premium 5-seater and guided me in customizing a dining table and chairs to fit my budget and needs. Truly the best customer experience I’ve had.
