Bad service, bad products. Wouldn't buy at half the price.
When I wrote the below review in response to their feedback email I got a response from TESTFREAKS.COM .. apparently their PARTNER IN FRAUD. The "trust" company refused my negative review saying it could not be accepted because a part was missing to my order. This somehow made my review invalid. So they won't publish it.
This only shows how BAAAAAAAD Chilli.se really is.
Don't buy ANYTHING here. For the love of god.
"The quality of the product is low. There was one screw missing that was quite essential to put it together. Delivery was 3.5 weeks, not the advertised 5-10 days. When we asked for compensation from customer support, the agent closed the chat.
Item was Belliani brand, which is notoriously low quality China made ... will not buy here again at this price. Should be 50% discounted"
PS: I didn't even mention that their delivery service did NOT deliver to our house as was selected, but they called to tell me he (driver) did not have TIME to come to our house and dropped at local delivery point. So my wife had to drive 35 minutes extra home from work to get the 27 kilogram HEAVY box into the car .. pop down backseats .. a man in the parking lot had to help her out.
So a total mess from start to finish. And now we have a bad piece of furniture that won't last a year.
Update : after receiving feedback from chilli.se here I gladly further explain: I did not receive tracking info. I had to contact them 3 times. Delivery notifications were wrong several times. I stayed home waiting for delivery with no luck 3 days. When I asked for compensation for just the late delivery, they closed the chat.
They have not come back with any suggestion to compensate for the bad delivery and missing part. I drilled other holes and use my own parts from ikea furniture. Their excuse here is completely besides the point.
