1 star – Do not recommend Chillisauce for bookings abroad

This was my first time booking through Chillisauce and it’ll definitely be the last.

The transport they arranged for us from the airport left before we even got through passport control. I’d called to say we were just grabbing our bags and would be out soon, and was told the driver would only wait 20 minutes then leave. It took 40 minutes to get through and when I called again, the driver had already gone. I said we’d paid for this in advance and there were 13 of us – they eventually agreed to send someone else, but we were left waiting another 30 minutes in the car park.

Next issue – the BBQ and cheeky butler experience. We were surprised that the chef was also the “cheeky” one, but fine, we went with it. What wasn’t okay was that nothing was actually barbecued – he cooked everything in frying pans and all the sides were straight from a supermarket shelf. No effort, no fresh food – we could’ve done better ourselves. The butler then turned up almost two hours late because Chillisauce had given him the wrong address.

The champagne breakfast was another letdown – some meat, cheese and chopped melon from Lidl dumped on a side table with a couple of bottles of prosecco. No tea, coffee, no pastries, nothing fresh or thoughtful. Just another basic setup we could’ve done on our own.

Finally, the taxi back to the airport was so dangerous it left us all shaken. The driver was speeding ridiculously – up to 130 in an 80 – tailgating and hammering his horn at people until they moved. We asked him to slow down because we felt unsafe, and he just tutted and carried on.

Honestly, I’m just relieved we only booked four things through Chillisauce. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, especially for trips abroad. Either they haven’t bothered to check the quality of the services they’re using or they just don’t care. Either way, it’s not worth the risk.

We booked a wonderful cocktail class for a bachelorette party. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, and the workshop was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it. Thank you again.

Chillisauce made separating out the payments and booking my brother's stag do so easy, we all chose an activity and the hotel and chillisauce kind of just does the rest for you, put the payments together and separates them between people. I would recommend.

Terrible experience. Booked a stag package in Prague. Our guide was late and our activity was cut short. Our guide was no help at all. Do not book with this company.

Organised a stag for 14 of us to Prague and we wanted a nice hotel to go (crawl) back too. They sorted everything down to the last detail getting us in at the Hilton and organising activities like go karting, gun range, brewery tour and guided bar night out with our local guide who looked after us everyday and had loads of knowledge of what to do in the times she wasn't there. Also the mini bus we used was really nice and always on time.
If you're looking for a stag do and a bit lost doing it on your own I 100% recommend Chilli sauce.

Booking was simple, especially for a large group of 25!!! Communication was really good throughout the process and we had all the information we needed. Great price for the trip.
The transfer was great- on time, clean cars, good drivers. Hotel was great for our trip- rooms were simple, tidy and stag friendly. Would definitely use this again for a stag trip

Can’t recommend chillisause enough from start to finish they made everything easy took all the stress from me to chase and sort everyone’s money they take care of all that hassle. They provided us with a guide when we arrived at Budapest who was with us for the transfers too and from airport also took us on a bar crawl that was a fantastic night. They even managed to book us an extra activity with only a few hours notice. Any stag/hen or just group bookings I will definitely be going through these again big thank you from all of us everyone had a fantastic time

Chillisauce made the trip smooth and highly enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable, and all activities were well-organized. Saved us a lot of time and stress, especially in a country we weren’t very familiar with. I’d recommend it to anyone short on time or looking for help planning and getting inspired. Good for those doing a short trip who want to make the most of the moment

This is our third event in 3months ran through chilli sauce. 2 hens and a stag do. 2 abroad and one in Leeds.
Everything was EASY and nothing was too much for the team. All prebooked and we were never once asked to pay anywhere. Our hotels have all been good amazing locations and never once did we feel that the hotels weren’t worth the money. All hotels had amazing breakfasts included and was quiet. Not something you’d expect from a hen party!
Daisy was amazing. She was super responsive to questions we had. We honestly can’t recommend the company enough. Thank you so much x

Chilli sauce is very handy when for getting things organised! Staff are helpful and flexible if you need to make any changes.

Booked through Chillsauce for a stag do and was left completely disappointed. They put us in Hotel Eden Village, which was nowhere near Vilamoura Marina or the person whose stag it actually was – completely isolating us from the rest of our group.

The hotel itself was an absolute disgrace for what we paid – definitely not worth the inflated price they charged for what turned out to be a sub-par 3-star at best. The staff were incredibly rude – one even swore at us when we asked a simple question about check-in.

When we raised the issue with Chillsauce, they took the hotel’s word over ours with zero effort to investigate properly. They accepted no responsibility whatsoever for the poor quality accommodation or the completely unsuitable location.

We ended up leaving after one night and booking an Airbnb at our own cost, just to salvage what we could of the weekend. Chillsauce offered no real support or apology – just excuses.

Avoid this company. Overpriced, unhelpful, and happy to throw customers under the bus rather than take accountability. Won’t be using them again, and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The trip was well organized and the events were good. the payment system was great so the cost could be spread over a few months. Makes it easier than having to go round individually booking everything yourself.

The package that we experienced with chilli sauce was amazing had great fun always laughing !! making so many cocktails was great !! Sports was so competitive but fun at the same time

A very well organised day out and great venues. It didn't disappoint, the Hen had a great day. We were able to pay in installments as well.
The best part was having a private dining area for our party at the brunch location, which was a complete surprise to all of us!
The reason for the 4 star is that neither of the venues were aware of our prepayment through Chillisauce. When we were getting ready to leave the brunch we were met with a bill and had a payment dispute with the manager which took half an hour to resolve, making us late for last venue and lost our table!

Booking our stag do through Chilli Sauce was honestly one of the best decisions we made. The whole process was really easy and hassle-free – everything was taken care of, and the weekend ran like clockwork.

A massive shoutout to our stag guide, Zeti – he was absolutely brilliant. Super organised, laid-back, and just a top guy to have around. He made sure everything went smoothly and kept the whole group in high spirits.

If you’re planning a stag, I’d 100% recommend going through Chilli Sauce – and if you get Zeti as your guide, you’re in for a great time!

This was the first time using chilisauce after a friend recommended. I was a bit anxious as I was arranging my brother's stag doo, but chillisauce came to the rescue! The setup on the website was very straightforward and I easily selected the package I wanted. I was then contacted by my event manager Samuel Clarke, going over the package, ensuring I was happy with the choices. There was contact between us both throughout, with Samuel helping me with any problems I was experiencing and always very prompt in contacting me. The event was a success, with all the choices being a great experience and I'm deeply grateful to chillisauce for making the process so smooth. I've already started recommending the company to my friends, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with an event.

Everything was well organised, I did feel it was really good value for money.
I would recommend it to future stag and hen do.
