I do not recommend. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. ChinaFlower214 leaves messages on my account saying they need the recipient's phone number. The only way to contact them is ServiceATchinaflower214.com or salesATchinaflower214.com. So I emailed them repeatedly with the recipients contact information. No response to my emails. My friend's birthday has passed, I asked for a cancellation - again no response. That's $70 spent for nothing. I just ordered flowers from a different vender and will send them late.

Efficient, Excellent service beautiful flowers. I sent flowers to my daughter in law in China. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Will definitely use their service again. It was so easy

I had bought a flower bouquet for Chinese Valentine's Day (Qixi). The bouquet arrived with several brownish flowers that should have been white and pink, and basic red and white wrapping paper package even though I had ordered the deluxe package.

Since I had already emailed them 3 times about the order over the last 2 weeks and had not received any reply, I did not bother to try to contact them about this lack of quality issue.

I will be buying from a different florist next time.

First time sending flowers to China. Order was delivered on time and 99 Rose bouquet was beautiful. Ordered from Canada and done beautifully!

This is my first time sending flowers to someone in China, like most I was skeptical and unsure where to go, Reddit brought me here! The person I sent the flowers chocolates and letter received them and I did not expect them to go above and beyond by handwriting the note for me. Thank you I definitely recommend. Flowers were beautiful, nicer than the picture.

Poor quality roses. So disappointing. My girlfriend received roses from someone else and the ones I gave her made me feel embarrassed. Same amount of roses. The buque was so disorganized and it seemed like it was rushed. Don’t buy, unless you want to feel ashamed.

Company says deluxe roses were delivered but they were not received.

No response to my complaint. Company has no phone number you can call them at. Just took my money.

Edit, they provided a full refund.

Girl friend was very happy to receive the nice fruit basket you offered and it was delivered to her promptly.

Good experience and the flowers arrived on time and they were nice

they are pretty fast. The note was missing, but taking into consideration that the delivery was made within hours, I wasn't mad. truly a miracle.

I am absolutely amazed that I can send flowers, nice flowers, just someone on the other side of the world that delivers within 8 hours of the order and sometimes less, for an extremely reasonable price. They have never failed to make a delivery and set of flowers I have ordered has been exceptional, fresh and nicely arranged

The flowers I ordered were supposed to have 2 bears with the bouquet. When I looked at the picture and the description said it came with 2 little bears, and they were not with the bouquet
