Someone of the flowers in the bouquet were faded upon delivery.
The person to whom this was reporter preferred to accusé the delivery person ratier than accept responsibility for the choice of flowers.
Perhaps it would been more commercial to admit his mistake and make à gesture of reparation.
Gavent his behavior I dont want to do any further transactions with this compagne.
