I have never had this fantastic experience.

I bought 6 digital surveillance cameras and one NVR. After I put them into service, in less than a month the NVR and 2 cameras failled.
I sent these devices back to Chinavasion but they told they were no longer being manufactured and they couldn't repair them anymore because they didin't have spare parts. I tried to negotiate with Chinavasion, asking for my money back, but no way.
In summary, stay away form Chinavasion, do not ever of buying from them, theirs devices are not reliable and you cannot repair any device that may fail.
As for your money back? Ho ho ho ... forget it.

like my order 2897885 in that CVACC-LT327] Bluetooth Game Pad - 2 Analogue Sticks, D-Pad, 8 Action Buttons, 400mAh Battery, Bluetooth 4.0
above item came without 'Wireless Receiver' and also I am not able to connect through Bluetooth ,

Manual is there as per manual we tried more than 50 times but no luck now this item I am not able to use I do not know what happend

Best service I've ever seen from an overseas company. Shipping was unbelievably quick.

Good communication and fast delivery but quite expensive as they don't pay towards custom fees to the UK. And also the discount code provided by the company does not actually work.

Excellent customer service phone arrived at my UK address only 36 hours after ordering.This is the second time I have purchased a phone from Chinavasion and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and quick services. Item was secured and well packed before delivery. Customer service is excellent prompt reply for any inquiry. Found my item if perfect condition no problem at all. I strongly recommend Chinavasion.

Update: After sending them multiple links to my posts... They finally gave me a credit (7 months of emails back and forth) for the full amount. (I re-ordered from them and waiting for delivery...)

I will give 3 stars because they did refund full payment on paypal.
After waiting for more than two months the item I ordered did not arrive, the tracking says package has been stuck in hong kong, asked for a refund , they gave me full refund in paypal.

To anyone ordering from them or from any other chinese related company, you should always expect bad things to happen,be prepared to lose your money. I was expecting late delivery, I was expecting faulty item, I did not expect full refund which surprised me.
Use paypal to be a bit safe.

BRILLIANT! Nobody ever gets a 5/5 from me. Otherwise, they have nothing to improve upon. So the best I could ever give would be a 4/5. The support is excellent, first class support! I have wanted to put on feedback after each "chat", but there does not seem to be any button or pop up that follows straight after. Perhaps your tech guys could look into this, or am I just being stupid here and I can't see it? Thank you again for a good reliable service, and it's 24/7, you can't get better than that!
