Communications are always good with ChinaVasion but more importantly it is when things don't go quite as planned that the excellent customer service really kicks in. On the rare occasion that things have not gone to plan while purchasing gear from ChinaVasion they have done everything possible to rectify the issue. I have always had confidence buying from them and for that reason continue to return to them for my electronic needs.

Hello! In December 2016 I ordered my mobile phone UI Z HelioX27 10 Cores from Chinavasion. I mean that he arrived in Germany earlier than expected in very good condition. The phone and a good quality .... has a fast processor that has exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately after three months I split the screen and asked for the help of Chinavasion. They responded quickly and I find and send a new screen right away (paying for my mistake) I give Chinavasion gratitude again to my beautiful mobile phone perfectly functional. Thanks so many Chinavasion !!!!!!!

Hi I have spent over €3000 whit this company over the past few years and am rated as a Gold customer so when i ordered a phone from my grand son i though no problem i pay over €60 for the phone and received a 23€ one instead at first they said to keep the phone now they want it back i went to paypal a lodge a complaint just today i found that paypal have found in my favor but i now have to pay shipping cost with a tracking before i can get a refund i have paid for something i did not get and now have to pay to send it back/ were is the fairness in that ps my next review will be on paypal Micheal was my contact at Chinavaison i am still waiting to here from him i am One Very disappointed Customer

Faulty phones under warranty, video sent of problem and goods returned to them. Item comes back as 'repaired' but had the same camera/flashlight fault. Will not give a refund due to having goods for a few months, despite 1 year warranty, and delivery took one month and another month for repair service. Refused a replacement too. Terrible customer service and reluctant to refund on faulty goods. Would never use again and suggest anyone stays far away from this company. They will take your money and keep it regardless because they are in China and there us no recourse for them doing so. BUYER BEWARE.
