Bought an Android car radio from Chinavasion (after a google search for the model) and paid extra for Express Delivery (3 working days). So far the parcel has to detained in Madrid by customs for 2 weeks with no sign that it will ever be released.

Seems Chinavasion send all products out with a minimum declared value. The small print on their site then says any problems with customs are your responsibility.

Wonderful, the products were as described on you site, they were packaged well, and they arrived within your stated delivery time-lines.

I have had no real problems with this company, any minor problems and they have been quick to fix them, this company makes it easy to make money either online or from your own website.

I ordered a lenovo phone at £160 all was okay until they contacted me and said there was a problem with the phone then I emailed them back asking for a refund and they say we will arrange a refund soon this is absoloutly ridiculous iv been waiting two weeks now and still haven't received an email or my money back DO NOT BUY unless u want to be ripped off!!!!!

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous in all interactions. Chinavasion made my entrance into retailing electronics an absolute pleasure without the stress you get with other China Wholesalers. The high quality products are second to none. Chinavasion does the research and thorough product testing. It is quite evident in 7 years never had to return a product due to failure. I would recommend Chinavasion but I am afraid my competitors might hear about Chinavasion and then I lose my edge over the competition. I bought two phones the last two months, both were faulty, both arrived not sealed and so they could test them before sending them, they did not.
On the second phone they opened a return case, but it will take one month to return , then I don't know how many days to check it, and then one month to come back...I don't trust them anymore, they are on for the quick money with the lowest quality.
I won't buy from them again.

1. Chinavasion sells items that are not in stock, this alone is horrible for a drop shipper
2. Chinavasion will cause you major problems if you sell through Ebay or Amazon
3. I had a 20% failure rate with them on shipping (I have quit using them)
4. Chinavasion issues fake tracking numbers to avoid returning your money
5. Chinavasion will overcharge you on debit card transaction hoping you do not notice
6. Chinavision sometimes does not take the Money you payed them and it is returned to your account making it a nightmare to figure out where the extra money came from and if your item actually shipped
7. Chinavasion has poor English skills if you have a problem (they just dont care)
​8. Chinavision can be hard to get your money back, buyer beware
9. Chinavasion actively uses Bait and Switch

All I can say about my experience with Chinavasion ist that the order process, delivery schedule(from HK) and the quality of the goods ordered is just amazing. Before ordering from them I had my doubts, but because I use Paypal, I just thought, let's have a try and it worked just fine! I ordered the same product from an ebay reseller here in Europe, one day before ordering from Chinavasion and the product didn't arrive yet and was much more expensive. Congratulations Chinavasion.

This was my first time ordering from Chinavasion and like most people who do a lot of online shopping, one does some research about the company beforehand. That's exactly what I did with Chinavasion and was very surprised to read more than a few bad comments from previous consumers?

The very thing we dread the most when it comes to online merchandise companies is the posted reviews of people who had bad experiences with either the devices, shipping/returning, customer service, etc.. We'll, I'm here to tell you that I didn't experience any of those issues with Chinavasion whatsoever? My order arrived about 10 days (on time) to me. The tracking (17 Track) was on time and very consistent with up to date tracking information.

Chinavasion has a huge inventory of smartphoness/rugged phones that most people haven't seen before, and the prices are competitive. It's almost too good to be true, but it really is that good ( at least in my opinion)?

Would I order something from them again? Absolutely...with no hesitation.
