I like the tights I ordered
I like the tights I ordered. Although quite delayed postage. Didn't hear anything until I had reached out.
Average customer service, however the tights are great. They aren't high waisted band tights they are sort of mid I found, so Abit annoyed as they keep rolling down at the back. Small fitting also. Maybe next time I'll have to go a size up so they stop rolling down.

Where do I start! The sale caught my eye and I popped on and grabbed some leggings, tshirts and hoodie. I knew to expect delays due to sale as a previous small business owner im well aware of the fact that sales can cause delays and change of season means sickness in the work place. The communication via Facebook and email was exceptional. My overall experience was great. We couldn’t be more happy with our order and can’t wait to get more. Amazing quality in the fabric too. Run don’t walk!

Honestly just the worst service
Honestly just the worst service. I had to chase up an order to see if it had been dispatched almost 3 weeks after I placed the order. Chinga blamed the courier company for almost an entire week before they had it picked up. I probably wouldn’t have been as annoyed if they were just honest and said they were backlogged - lies are just the worst.

Sorry for the misunderstanding but there is no lies we have been very transparent that items ordered have a processing time of 10 days this is mentioned before you place your order under each product we also mentioned the backlog on the website header, we have had issues with our sync to couriers, 100s of customers have been affected, your tracking point will alway say pick up at our destination as this is where it gets shipped from. If they didn’t sync the tracking it will always track on the day they find the parcel.
25 days after making my order and still…
25 days after making my order and still no communication from Chinga and no order received. 16 days after placing my order I contacted them through their website (couldn't find a phone number) and they responded saying they had missed my order. They sent me a tracking number which 9 days later still has no information against it. No updates from Chinga, at all!! Chinga, please refund my money!

Extremely poor customer service!! Contacted them 14 days after I placed my order as I hadn't received a tracking number (website says to allow 3 - 4 days to process order) only to learn it somehow got "missed". Got send a shipment notification the very next day. (Website says to allow 36 - 48h for tracking to become visible) Well, well here we are on day 20 and it only got sent today. First and last order I guess
*This review was written an hour after the parcel was collected and not before they "rectified the issue" as per their reply below. Their reply is laughable

Do not waste your time with Chinga. The clothes are very poor quality and your order will take MONTHS to receive. This has now happen twice to me! Very poor customer service on handling the situation.

LOVE chinga
totally love chinga, i find everything i have ordered has been very well made, im going to be totally honest and i have not followed the washing instructions (busy mum life) and allll mine goes in the washer dryer and everything has come out great (obvs i would not recommend doing this, follow the wash instructions from the supplier this is just my experience) so far i have X4 tops and im thinking at least 10 dresses with more on the way!

I contacted Chinga with a grievance…
I contacted Chinga with a grievance around timing of my product arrival (which was out of their control) however it was important to me to receive it. The customer rep contacted me and deeply apologised and went over and above to not only rectify my experience but also make it a really positive one.
When I contact any businesses with an enquiry or grievance, its not so much the original issue that gives them a reputation, its how they deal with the grievance. I'm so pleased with the way Renee dealt with me and I would recommend their customer service alongside their product quality!

Waiting for an item that was supposed to be delivered in June. If you don't email them you don't get update unless you have to sign up to their newsletter which shouldn't be. They should be emailing people with updates if orders are not delivered by the due date. Such a hassle!

When ordering a pre order we have all the information online that asks you to be vary of the delays out of our control, and only to purchase if you’re happy with the outcome of the delays as the delays are not controlled by us. You do have to subscribe as there is no other way to physically email all the customers to update them, hence why we have updates on socials and we have a seperate page on our website with pre order updates If you don’t want to subscribe. If you’re unable to wait, then please email us so we can resolve this for you and refund you if you’re not happy. But leaving a review when all the information was provided before placing your order, I’m not sure how much more updates we can give sorry. We do apologise for the inconvenience please contact us and we can resolve this for you

Excellent clothing
Excellent clothing. The first place I've been able to find womens t-shirts that don't come up short in the sleeve or hem. The sports bras are also very comfortable, with enough stretch to get on, but not so much that they dont keep everything firmly in place. A brand I have shopped from for many years now, that also offer weekly sales. Highly recommend.
