Sustainable packaging.

🙂Good comms and the clothing was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and despatched in a brown envelope. 🙁Disappointed the dress is made in China. I do like it, and I’m going to keep it, but probably won’t buy from them again.

There is a £5 fee to return…

Please note there is a £5 fee to return items. Not postage, more like an admin fee. My problem with this is more that they don’t make it clear when you buy. It’s hidden in the small print, it’s a hidden charge and I don’t like companies with hidden fees. I think they should make it really clear because I might have chosen to buy the same jumper from John Lewis who don’t do this.

I ordered a Christmas jumper in the sale. It arrived quickly. It is of great quality and I can’t wait to wear it next Christmas.

I am pleaded with the overall quality…

I am pleaded with the overall quality of two of the garments. Beautiful design, classy.
One garment had a darker area across the knitt, and it looks l7ke a stain, so I am returning that.
The website site for returns is not ad easy to use as many other companies. I did eventually work it out.
I would definitely order from the company again.

My first and I fear my last puchase.

This was first experience of purchasing from C&P and sadly I think it may be my last. Despite paying a £5 delivery charge (which for most retailers would buy expedited delivery) it still took a good week for my item to arrive. I decided to return the item as believed that the item would not have the longevity it should have for the high price paid. It cist me a further £5 for return postage and a week later I am still awaiting the refund, this despite receiving an email confirmation that they received the item just a day or two later. For me there are retailers that are streets ahead with regards to their delivery timescales, postage costs and returns process. Such a shame but customers deserve better.

Disappointed. Overpriced.

Extremely poor product quality and undoubtedly overpriced - even if discounted. The jumper was much thinner than you would expect and it started to bobble on the first wear. By the second wear it looked really old and was collecting lint. I had it drycleaned and it now looks really old and tatty. I was in touch with C&P but they were very dismissive of my concerns and said customers should be debobbling weekly and they sent me a comb! I have sent them photos as requested and still had to chase. Waiting to see what they will do now but based on my experience so far - they don't really seem to care about brand quality or the customer experience. I am fed up but just want to warn people not to be fooled and don't waste your money if you are expecting White Company or Boden quality.

Ridiculous cost to return.

Ridiculous cost to return.. It cost me £12.95 to buy an item and return. Postage £4.95, £3.00 insurance, £5.00 return Fee.
I was refunded for the sweater… but it cost me £12.95. I won’t be buying from them again, the jumper was sub standard which is why I didn’t want to keep it.

This review is overdue but.....

This review is overdue but....they have the most adorable selections BUT after spending $600 on what I believed to be a luxurious lounge 100% wool sweatsuit, I found myself with a stretched out pilled mess after one wear! My first issue was when I tried to return the outfit for a smaller size, I found I would have to pay half as much as the order to return and get the correct size. I decided to keep it and lalyer with it for a better fit. I don't mind so much that I couldn't return it, I do mind however, that I splurged so much on an outfit I thought would at least give me a few wears before showing sign of wear. I dry cleaned it to avoid it looking more shabby. If there was a way to attach pics I would. For such an expensive outfit from a what is supposed to be a luxurious brand, I didn't expect it to 1. have a "Made in China" tag. 2. wear so very badly. 3. have such poor customer service BUT lesson learned!

Returned for a refund.

I didn't like the shade of grey, and it was so itchy I sent it back for a refund. I feel like the sets used to be softer, and now more scratchy and cheap. I wanted to love it, but couldn't.

I recently bought two pieces of…

I recently bought two pieces of clothing. Their design is eye-catching and very nice, as always with this brand. However the length of sleeves varies substantially between both models I purchased (in one case I have to fold them twice) and one of the pieces arrived dirty/with a black stain and unfortunately it’s my second order with such a fault, which is disappointing.

Unresponsive customer service and faulty product

I bought a cashmere sweater. Within a few short months and after one cold hand wash the seam under the arm had come undone. I contacted the company and they asked for photos.i sent photos and they didnt respond. I followed up again and no reply. Disappointing customer service and product.
