Unresponsive customer service and faulty product
I bought a cashmere sweater. Within a few short months and after one cold hand wash the seam under the arm had come undone. I contacted the company and they asked for photos.i sent photos and they didnt respond. I followed up again and no reply. Disappointing customer service and product.

Quality has gone down and so has Customer Service
I have not received my refund and I used their shipping label and when I try to track it on DHL, it says the tracking number is invalid. Chinti & Parker sent me the return label, and they do not respond to my emails about this issue.

I keep coming back to Chinti & Parker for my cashmere items, not least because the brand collaborations like Snoopy and Mr Men just strike a nostalgic chord with me that keep my inner child satisfied, but the fit, feel and quality is just reliable. Loving the Mr Men collab and my cardigan makes a nice change from the jumpers I usually go for. Items I want to take good care of and know that they'll last if I do.
