Table 33 at Dudley. Customer service with a grimace! As a manager in a sector where people buy from people a smile while you speak to customers is a must.Age is no barrier and we felt very uneasy. Train your team to a higher standard. Food good service unfortunately not good.

After ages we had chiquito as coming from London most the the restaurants are closed in London. But as soon as we saw there’s chiquito in Ipswich without a miss we went to dine in as family of 4. The lady who served us today turned out to be Londoner herself. The lovely lady’s name is Janice; who gave us an excellent service and went beyond to serve us.

Where do I start?! Boughton near Chester...cold food, cold welcome...utterly bland franchise fodder at prices you would pay in a decent bistro pub. Myself and my wife just walked out and went elsewhere as my steak was cold and rubbery despite asking for medium rare, my wife's burrito was shockingly tasteless but was meant to be hot and spicy. What a pile of overpriced re heated mush that dish was. Basically rice and beans and barely any chicken all wrapped up in dough. Don't waste your money here it's chain brand garbage at prices that are simply unjustified for badly prepared basic ingredients. We will never return to this brand or branch.

Even though it was very busy with lots of bookings, we were seated within 15 minutes, food was a 10 out of 10.

Lovely food, Mirjeta was a fabulous waitress, attentive and checking to make sure we were okay. Drinks were delicious, cannot wait to return!

Pretty restaurant with sparkly lights, comfy seating and good atmosphere . Highly recommended!

My partner and I eat every week at the Leicester Chiquitos. The food is beautiful and the staff are fantastic BUT a big shout out to the reason we return week after week and her name is Anetta! What an amazing host she is. Her customer service is amazing, she is so warm, friendly, compassionate and her memory is unbelievable. She always remembers what food we enjoy and is knowledge of the restaurants menu. Thanks for the great service Anetta, you’re the reason we keep returning. You’re an asset to the Leicester branch.

Food was lovely and good value for money. Hayley F from the metro centre had really good service throughout and she was warming and very helpful. She even helped us out when we weren’t sure on what something was and very knowledgeable. Nothing was a bother for her as she went the extra mile.

10/10 will definitely return

Food isn't all that to be honest, I prefer taco bell if I'm gonna get a Mexican meal. It might just be my taste though because all my friends like it there

I love the hats you get around the restaurant and the place has a good vibe

Me and my partner went out to chiquito on edge lane liverpool all i can say is wow the food was amazing and faith our waitress was amazing really friendly and willing to help with my food allergies she was always smiling.

I love this place! Chiquito, Sixfields, Northampton is worth a visit. Great food, great service and value for money.

We will be back!

Great Stuff, enjoyed my meal. The stake was thin, probably because of Mexican kitchen.

Very nice stuff. Not sure if it's because of Mexican food, but the stake was very thin. Apart from that everything was great.

Service was extremely slow. Sticky menus. When my food arrived which was paella it was a red mess and so spicey I could not eat it.

I've never left a review for ANY restaurant in my life as the food has always been tasty but chiquitos is absolutely rank, for a mexican restaurant i'm really disappointed in the quality and taste.

I ordered through uber eats a "hot chicken chimichanga" regular fries and jalapeño poppers. on the picture on uber eats it looked amazing, crispy (as its fried) and full of flavour but arrived SOGGY, oh and its not even hot like i asked, no flavour just bland. Hot on the outside to touch but lukewarm when you bite into it. Just not good enough.

The jalapeño poppers are disgusting, something about the cream cheese, it tastes cheap, slightly sweet and sickly I had to keep sipping on water between each bite to get through it

The dips that came with it are also not all that, just gross not flavour with a horrible texture especially the "chill" which was pretty much watery tomato with clumps of chilli in, the "jalapeño jelly" which was extremely sweet and the texture i mean.. jelly.. doesn't go well with anything. You may as well stick to ketchup and bbq as the dips. Tortilla chips were... meh.. had this weird pepper all over them. The chips were the only decent thing but then chips by itself isnt a meal so..

I paid £23 for my food and for such a price for only 3 things i couldn't just let the food go to waste... i'm never ordering again. Really disappointed

As I said on trip advisor..went today and the food in my opinion was absolutely disgusting. Ordered prawn starter..tacos..volcano tacos supposedly..pulled pork tacos....other stuff. Everything arrived hot on outside stone cold inside. No guacemole..sour cream hot outside warm inside..salsa warm..no volcano sauce..supposedly hot sauce watery... everything in my opinion microwaved. Tacos rubbery...as if microwaved in my opinion with bizarre filling still inside. My son paid a lot of money for this in my opinion for this awful substandard microwaved rubbish. I'll NEVER go back here again...no guacemole..chilled sour cream .volcano or hot sauce..soggy tacos.. bizarre hot on the outside cold on the inside food. If they're doing microwaved flash cooking seafood...including general foods like this then one day they could cause illness in my opinion.
