Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Restaurants

The issue that I have experienced was: Well we arrived to a not very positive welcome was sat down by what seemed to be the only floor staff that was on at 1./130 lunch time we waited and then ordered drinks and food but was hesitant to order a cocktail because the server was not helpful so had something else. This came and glass was dirty so I complained. The server didnt look bothered but did change glass not much of an apology. Anyway waited for our starters and the nachos looked burnt cheese are one to find the taste of what I assumed it would be and to find all were underneath so must of been sent out this way. Not much of an apology for this also. But a replacement was sent. Fineshed and had our main. Definitely gone down hill since last time and server was lacking in morel to be there and to give a great customer experience. As we were leaving another table had a complaint also.
Will definitely choose other Mexican options next time

We use the click and collect service. With the 40% discount we are pretty happy with the value! The order is always ready to collect on time, the staff are always polite and the food is tasty. Would have given it 5 stars but on the odd occasion things have been missed off the order, like cheese on the garlic tortilla and dips.

We visited branch tonight
I ordered fajitas with beef cooked to a medium level. It arrived and had been cooked to a well done state.
My fajita wraps were stuck together with a section very hard and dry.
Our halloumi cheese was served cold.
My wife's enchiladas contained beans and we told the waitress when placing the order that she was allergic to them. The following enchiladas took 25 mins to arrive at our table.
The manager took the enchiladas dish cost of the bill but this was not acceptable.
One waitress called my wife a sweetheart when we complained.

Never returning !!!!!!!!

OMG first visit to a Chiquitos and certainly not my last.
Visited the Chiquito in Ashford, Eureka Park.
Staff - AMAZING
Food - AMAZING
everthing we are ordered was perfection.
certainly will be visiting this one again

We eat out a lot!! Went to Chiquitos for a change. Will not be going back, the portion sizes were small and not cheap for the amount of food we got. Hubby was still hungry when we left the restaurant, a drink order was forgotten and then had to be rushed to drink as we were late for a cinema viewing by the time it arrived. Very very disappointed!

Ate lunch today at the Metro Centre branch. We were asked immediately if any of us had allergies. My daughter has a peanut allergy and I was very impressed with the staff’s thoroughness in ensuring that the food ordered was safe. An electronic menu of suitable options was shown on a tablet.
I would be confident taking her there again.

Came to the 02 to watch a show all restaurants inside the 02 was busy so we came over to chiquitos waited 15mins to be seated which was OK, got a drink from the bar which was warm finally got seated was waiting a further 20mins for someone to take our order even though it wasn't overly busy waited for our food only for it to come out colder than our drinks, I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! Great food, great people. The Vegan menu was helpful to us and the waitress helped guide us for our dietary needs.

Amazing food. Great service. Been here several times and David, the Waitor is an asset to the company. Always there to help :)

We traveled down to cColchester for the day and went into Chiquitos near the retail park before heading home for dinner. Our server Nicole went above and beyond our expectations, being next really patient and genuinely willing to help us out! It was a bit expensive but honestly enjoyed the meal.

Fabulous service from Emily at Chiquito in Llantrisant. Loved the food, the atmosphere, the service. Chicken burger light option(without the bun) and rice instead of fried skins was fabulous. Well worth the price. Thank you Emily for making a normal night out in to a great one for me and my son.

We went into Chiquitos in Rochester after a visit to the cinema on a tuesday lunchtime
We had a lovely warm Welcome by Lucas who proceeded to ensure our visit was a wonderful experience, he was friendly attentive and genuinely the best waiter service weve experienced.
Staff like Lucas are a real credit to companies... Well done, we will be back.

Went to Chiquito Enfield on Friday - WOW! I’ve never had a worse experience in a “restaurant” (I use the term 'restaurant' loosely”). It was shocking. The food was DISGUSTING and the service EVEN WORSE. Stay clear of this place. Honestly if I could take away stars, I would. The ‘Chef’ should be ashamed for producing such rubbish. My daughters meal of ribs was freezing cold and my “succulent steak” in the surf and turf was dry like old boot leather!!! And they wanted me to pay for it!!! In the end, they took it off the bill but after much discussion from me. The supervisor lacked customer service skills and is in serious need of extensive training - urgently! Also apart from the really bad food, there were FLIES FLYING ALL AROUND OUR TABLE. What is that about??? NEVER AGAIN will I ever eat in that place. It has my vote as THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER! In their defence, I was offered 25% off my next visit in the end but I won't be using it since I won’t be going again.

Lovely food and excellent service. They really catered for my friends dietary requirements. Our waitress really gave us the personal touch and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back.

Chiquitos Castlegate Dudley - staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the beef chilli enchilada with volcano sauce. Special mention to Christian and Sasha, they're both excellent. Always a pleasure to see them and be served by them. Thanks guys. Sandra and Sue xx

Party of 10 for Birthday lunch, everyone found the food to be delicious. Service was brilliant, waitress went out of her way to deliver a service above and beyond the norm.10 happy eaters, nice environment, good atmosphere and great value with taste card👍🏻👍🏻😊😊

This is our first time in Chiquito Broughton North Wales got to say the food so good and the service was with a great smile from Nicola she looked after us amazingly throughout our meal can't wait to go back
