Great service and lovely food & atmosphere! Will be back!

Unbelievable service there is always a happy smile as you enter and happy staff throughout the visit always a 5 star from me and my family.

Food is fine but beware of rip off optional service charge.!
We went there last week to have some food. The quantity is less and also expensive. At the time of payment, waitress didn't mention about the optional 10% service charge and I didn't notice at that time. After reaching home, I found about this optional charge in small print and very much disappointed. I have contacted the customer support about this, but no response.
Please beware of this optional service charge.!

Had great tasting meal at chiquitos newport. Everyone very impressed with the food. Nice restaurant too

Very good food as usual from a Chiquitos. We were given a nice table and served efficiently by Lena. Perfect for after the cinema.

Went to the York restaurant on the 28th January as a special treat from my son for my birthday. It was wonderful the waitress had put happy birthday confetti on the table and even written me a card! The service was excellent the food was lovely and they even brought out a birthday cake my son provided and sung happy birthday! So in conclusion great food fantastic waitress made my birthday special thankyou

Just been to Chiquito in Colchester for breakfast, took over an hour for two coffees and essentially two poached eggs on toast, all four items were cold. Asked for a receipt at the end and the server wouldn’t give me one, only the merchant copy. Says it all

Just had a meal in Chiquito Durham. Lovely atmosphere even early in the evening. Friendly welcome and Ada, our waitress, couldn't have been more lovely; helpful and attentive. Food was excellent too! Thank you, we'll be back!!!

We have been using the dudley Chiquito for a while and we love it there,Mario is always very helpful,very cheerful and very down to earth waiter,he makes sure your food is how you want it made,always gives you 110%,when we dont get mario the other staff are always fantastic and very helpful and always with a smile,food wise it is always cooked to how we want it and never disapoints,lovely food along with the welcoming staff always makes our visit to the Dudley Chiquito's a very pleasant and relaxed visit.Keep up the good work.

Visited the Birmingham restaurant tonight in celebration of my birthday - lovely ambience, friendly and accommodating staff. Food was absolutely delicious.
This was my first visit and I have always wanted to try this place out....I will definitely be returning.
The only criticism.... was that the service and wait for our meals was far too long..... close approaching an hour!

So my sister & I visited Chiquito @ the Metrocentre in Gateshead for the 1st time on Saturday, and our overall experience was superb from the moment we sat down to when we reluctantly left as we had so much fun! from wearing mexican sombrero's (giggle) and our waitress Emily who attentively looked after us very courteously to our pampering needs, the food was amazing excellent value for money and to have Corona on draught was a added bonus, it would be rude to not have a couple of jars !! Emily, we would gladly return back, thank you so much.

The new vegan menu is tasteless,
I cook more flavourful food in my own kitchen at home!
I don’t know if this is because it’s their first attempt at a vegan menu & it needs tweaking, or if they just don’t have a clue.
Gutted to be honest, as we don’t get to eat out often.

This afternoon we stopped at Chiquito’s in Exeter and we ordered food and beers. The waitress that served us was extremely nice. Very chatty and she was called Nicole! Please give her a raise if you can, she was lovely and made out visit. We will definitely be back to try more of the delicious food. Thank you Nicole!

Alex at the Birstall restaurant was amazing! We were a party of 16 and he couldn’t do enough for us. He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A great experience. Thank you Alex, you are the superstar of that restaurant!

a very bad experience a few months ago. I apologise for taking so long to write this review. Having been a regular here is the past I suggested to my new partner we go for breakfast. It was quite a drive as we were out in East Kilbride that morning. We made it to the restaurant with 5 mins to spare at 11:55. To my astonishment the girl said we were too late for breakfast and tried to turn us away. I challenged this and told her it was only 11:55. She looked at her iPhone and insisted we were too late for breakfast. my partner walked out the shop at this point but I stood my ground. the deadline should be what? it specifically says midday. we were on time and I had made great effort to get there before 12 midday. at this point the manager came up to me and said that everything was fine. I said its before 12. he says yes - everything is fine. I said "you should tell your staff that". it was too late my partner had went back to the car. not happy. if the menu says 12 then it should be 12 not at the whim of some member of staff who doesn't want to serve us. although the manager tried to fix it was too late. we had already been told three times that we would not be served for breakfast. I wont be coming back. I used to dine here every Sunday for years.
