Visited Leics branch today it was about a 35/40 min trip as our local Coventry branch has closed. I’m so glad we made the journey. Lovely experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. Food was excellent. Cocktails amazing. Even better 241. :) Social distancing was in place, very safe and comfortable.
Staff constantly checked if all was ok.
I couldn’t think of anything to improve. The manager ‘ Canadian John ‘ was so helpful and even changed my booking time at last minute. Staff all seemed happy to be there, even saw a family face from the Coventry branch, who had transferred. Glad to see some staff were kept on. I will be recommending and will be back. Thank you. Keep it up and stay safe.

Visited Stoke on a busy Friday night and had the best service, we were served by a lovely lady called Rho (I hope that’s how it’s spelt) she was AMAZING from start to finish and I felt nothing was too much trouble, made the whole evening every enjoyable and on her customer service alone we will be visiting again!

Chiquito Edge Lane Liverpool

Edge Lane Liverpool. The restaurant and decor is clean even though its more like a cartoon set up of a real Mexican place, a bit like Florida. However the meal I had was shocking. I had a beef chilli. It was just under £11. The dish had a massive amount of dried out rice and max 2 tablespoons of chilli that had sat under a warming lamp far too long. It also had zero taste. I am 57 years old and been for countless meals in countless places and this has to be in the top 3 of worst meals ever. Liverpool hospitality is under pressure at the moment, hence me trying to help by eating out local. So for God's sake Chiquito Edge Lane, try helping yourselves by making sure your food quality it up to scratch. On this showing, you will struggle and you will find yourselves in big trouble. Sort your chefs out or you may find your doors don't open again for good.

Lovely food & staff But check before if using a taste card

We visited yesterday evening & were very comfortable with the hygiene & social distancing which was explained clearly on our arrival, we checked with staff before ordering as we wanted to use our taste card which was accepted & ordered our meals, the food was perfect & we thoroughly enjoyed it, however on payment we were informed each taste card now only applied to 2 people not 6 - so only 2 would get buy one get one free & the other 2 would pay full price; I didn’t want to make a fuss as we had a lovely evening & it would have spoiled it, On returning home I couldn’t find anything anywhere that shows the Chiquito taste card agreement had changed its terms to a taste card being required for 2 people & another one for the next two in the party of people so this was disappointing & not clear & more expensive.Do confirm if you’re visiting & want to use a taste card as the staff member said the rules have now changed & it was full price for the others in the group.

Fantastic service - Amy.

I went to the restaurant 9/3/2020 in the evening for something to eat. Was greeted by a warm and friendly waitress (Amy): she was polite, knowledgeable about the products and professional. Would go again.

Throughly enjoyable on a rainy day ,

At the Glasgow Fort when the storm arrived! Dived into Chiquito’s & we were warmly greeted by Rachal & seated in a booth by the window ..... laughing our heads off at folks with brolly rage!! Ordered drinks San Migaul draft £4.59 & soda n lime 79p arrived quickly .Staters approx £6.50 included beef chilli nachos ( tasty ) & Habanero Chicken strips ( delicious with the hot kicking sauce ). Mains approx £14 Chicken & Pulled pork fajita ( nice serving & tasty ) Steak ( rump ) & Fries with side of onion rings 3.49 ( wouldn’t recommend the peppercorn sauce very bland ) Nice relaxing comfortable atmosphere, prompt friendly service, will return ...... just a tad pricy in my opinion.

This applies to the branch in Longwell…

This applies to the branch in Longwell Green Bristol. They have no idea how to prepare plant based meals on the menu. The waitresses almost always get my order wrong! Some of the servers are quite rude as well. Overall not satisfied with the whole service so this will be my last visit.

Cheshire oaks .not great .on entry waiting to be seated after a couple of mins seated ourselves. Trying to get attention of server to be told you can't sit there so sat near entrance . Watched beyond belief as another family entered looked around ,confused gave up and walked. The restaurant was at 10% capacity it was dead. Even the bartender saw the customers but he was too busy serving no one .used the WC , it was in a dreadful condition
2* given because the food was great
