Have been a regular customer for a number of years now & purchased quite a few boxes of chocolates - i've never been let down, the chocolates are always first class and they make the perfect present and always a perfect impression! - highly recommended.

The chocolates are not only delicious and high quality, but the service you receive is second to none. You can buy gifts for people but let them choose which chocolates they want to select. It means that there's none of the ones they don't like, just their favourites. The response to your order and delivery is very rapid.

Such a wonderfully efficient and reliable service that enables us to send wonderful yummy chocolates to loved ones in the UK as we are in South Africa. They have always been fantastic. Well done !

I have been buying chocolates from Chocolates Now for a few years because my Mother enjoys them so much and they normally deliver within the specified time frame chosen. This year I ordered chocolates to arrive for Mother's Day, between the 7th and 11th March and they were delivered 27th February, thus spoiling the present idea.

The gift was delivered on time, beautifully wrapped. I received excellent and professional service. I will gladly recommend them and order from them again.

My son is studying abroad in London and I wanted to send him a gift and with Valentine's Day coming up, it was perfect, CANDY, and they even wrapped it for the occasion. I knew it would cost a lot to send something from the states as well as take forever to get there. Plus wondering how customs would handle my homemade candies. Soooo I decided to order him candy from the UK. It was easy and perfect. My son received these candies in just a couple of days and he was truly excited and I think ate all 16 pieces in one afternoon. Thank you so much for helping me give my son this gift. Since I picked which variety to send it made it seem like I was making them myself. Thank you so much!

chocolates from South Africa and was thrilled to learn they arrived on time, in London,
on Valentine's Day (one of the busiest days of the year for chocolate deliveries!)

Delivered as indicated and good quality

I ordered a selection of chocolates for my fiance and they were delivered to him within two days. He said the majority of the chocolates were delicious.
However, I had specifically picked chocolates I knew he would like but those are not the ones he received. He said he received two chocolates that contained coffee in them which he hates. He also did not receive the specific fruit flavors/liqueur flavors I picked out for him. All in all I think he would have been much happier with the selection I originally picked for him. I am not pleased that the offer the service of hand picking chocolates and then don't follow what you pick out.

*While my initial experience with ChocolateNow was not quite satisfactory, they quickly remedied the problem. My fiance received a new box of the correct chocolates within a day of my posting my initial review. I realize mistakes happen and I am very happy with ChocolateNow's quick action to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

I live in America and my boyfriend lives in England. So it was hard for me to figure out how to get him something for Valentines day in time. After looking at some reviews i decided to get him some chocolates hoping that they would arrive on time. They did, my boyfriend loved them! He said that he nearly ate the whole box in one sitting.

They arrive on time , the box also really good , and the most is the taste of the chocolate really nice too :)

I found "Chocolates Now" on line 5 years ago just after my husband and I started dating. I've got him these chocolates for Valentines Day every year since then and he absolutely adores them. The company itself is aces!! I have never had an issue with them. All services as promised. Beautifully wrapped, delivery within the timeframe chosen... I would highly recommend to anyone!!

I sent these to a friend and she loved the chocolates. I only wish I had bought a larger box. I'll have to do that just as soon as I can so maybe it will take an hour or so longer to eat them all.
