I have used Chocolate Now for over 3 years and every time they have pleased me. From the quality of the product to the personalised gift wrapping they are totally 1st class.

I am told the chocolates are divine and everything arrived on time. No problems at all.

These are fantastic Belgian chocolates of the highest calibre and taste. They are absolutely sumptuous. We are chocaholics from way back-----we've tried every brand and national make of chocolate, including Swiss and Belgian ( and the under-rated French), both here and in the their countries of origin.
chocolate-now.co.uk have a modest website and poor advertising facilities when they should be shouting their wares from the rooftop with far more advertising, a far better website, more coverage in Europe and America and a much more "professional" approach to their whole sales' agenda. Having worked in advertising and marketing for my whole career before retirement, I would love to have had choc-now's account to handle. Also, a good IT company should improve their website and also widen its availability outside the UK.
Everyone who appreciates chocolates MUST try these chocolates ! I think choc-now should offer a free trial offer of a small package of 2 single chocolates of buyers' choice if the buyer also buys a box ----with the 2 chocs sent out free in advance, and then allow the customer to cancel the box if they do so within 7 working days of the 2 free chocs being dispatched. In fact these chocolates are so outstanding that they have given me so many ideas for improving sales ( and customers' sheer delight) since my wife and I ate a box of 50 over the Xmas period ( and WE were able to choose the flavours online ourselves !).
This company and their chocolates deserve some sort of award as the best chocolates ever sold in the UK.

An easy method of sending gifts to the other side of the world. They said that the packaging was exquisite. All arrived in time for Xmas. I will definitely use this supplier again. Thank you

We have family in the UK and wanted to get them something special for Christmas. As they are avid chocolate lovers, Chocolates Now! was just too mouthwatering to resist. The presentation on the website matched what our family members received. The gift was delivered at the allocated time. We look forward to hearing all about how much they enjoyed their gift!

I would highly recommend using this service - I live overseas so haven't ever had the pleasure of trying the chocolates but I have used the service many times and have always found it so easy and efficient - and the feedback I get from those who've been on the receiving end has always been really good - I will continue to use this service and do not hesitate in giving my recommendation.

I ordered chocolates for my father for his Birthday at the beginning of December. It looked like such a great place that I ordered a larger order to be shipped just before Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas my Mum called and said the second box had already arrived. Hardly "just before Christmas" as I had requested. I wrote to them as instructed if I was unhappy and got a auto reply saying they are already closed for Christmas and won't return until Jan 2nd. What a bunch of bs. They could have said that on their website that they close that far before Christmas and therefore all orders would be shipped well in advance of Christmas. I would have NEVER ordered from them and would have ordered a hamper instead as I have in past years. I will NEVER order from this company again.

All the recipients of my gifts wax lyrically about how gorgeous the chocolates and how beautiful the gift wrap is. Unfortunately I have never tasted them as I live in the USA but this company is one of the best I have found for ease of sending gifts to the UK and Ireland. The service is thoughtful, prompt and efficient - what more could you want?
