These chocolates are lovely and it is great to be able to pick your own favourite choccies!!
The choice is amazing and the service is always prompt and reliable. I have sent my family these chocolates and they have all loved them.

We are amateur chocolate connoisseurs. The variety of chocolate on offer from Chocolate Now, as well as the quality and value have made us staunch supporters of this firm. Service too is a factor. On one occasion we omitted some crucial data from our order and received an immediate courteous response from their order desk. If there were a rating for this company we would give them five stars without hesitation.

Vicky was really helpful as the first chocolates ordered were not delivered - lost somewhere in the depths of the English Mail System. So she replaced them with no quibbles - an excellent service and we'll certainly use them again,

The delivery of the chocolates was very fast indeed. However, the products are a little disappointing. Don't get me wrong, they are nice, but not really worth the very high price paid. The fruit flavours are a little bland, should have had more depth. I would also say that the chocolate is not of the highest quality. These chocolates are no better than what you'd get in M&S or Thorntons but are a lot more expensive.

This is a great place to get great chocs! Theyake a great gift , are always really appreciated and very reliable.

I have purchased these Chocolates on many occasions for family members. I love choosing the Chocolates myself for them, it makes my gift feel more personal. They are always beautifully presented and gratefully received .

Hi Have you heard of Chocolate now, ordeing from Australia, I know that I can trust the quality and the delivery is always on time. It always gives my UK friends a huge surprise when I send them Choc now Chocolates ,They are presented so so well, that they don't want to open them and spoil the wrapping. Since my sister first sent me some of these chocolates, I have used Chocolate Now many times, and the service and quality never fail to please.
Those I have given the gifts to always get excited about making their selection...though it is difficult with such lovely goodies to choose from. The seasonal variations add interest, so you don't always see the same chocs.
I have sent chocs to addresses in the UK Europe, and they arrive quickly and safely regardless of destination.
One of my favourite gifts to give anyone.

I followed up to make sure that the order had been received
by the person concerned. I had only put a " V " as the sender
and this was incorrectly stated on the order as a " L ". So
the receiver did not know who the order was from until I asked if the order had been received. The receiver then put 2 and 2 together - this was not a problem
but it took time to resolve. (My mistake)

The response that I received was that the chocolates were delicious and all 30 chocolates had been consumed within 48 hours of receipt. Hopefully they were shared amongst friends !

I will definitely use the service again but will make sure that I put
my name on the message and not just an initial. It is reassuring to know that there is a company who offer a top quality product and professional service that one can rely on with confidence. I will definitely be placing more orders with CHOCOLATE NOW !
