Fabulous property in a great location and cozy feel.Fully equipped for a great stay.

The house itself was perfect: beautifully decorated, well equipped, warm and comfortable, quiet and peaceful with gorgeous countryside views, but still only a few minutes from town.
Ian and Vicky were excellent hosts, making us feel very welcome. They left us in peace to enjoy our stay, but were always available if we needed help or some local knowledge about places to go. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are missing it already!

We had an excellent stay at Falling water in Woody bay.
The apartment has sunning views, and is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The living area was surprisingly spacious. It’s ideal for walkers. No shops nearby, which suited us perfectly.
I would highly recommend a stay here

The apartment is very clean and has everything you require. Amazing location just opposite the beach. Parking not a problem. The time of year we went we found most of the shops in the area were still shut. Places were getting ready to open for Easter holidays so bear that in mind. Wasn’t a problem for us as we did plenty of dog walks in and around the area.

Wonky Cottage was beautifull, very well maintained with everything you could possibly need in a home. Close the the beach and close to the village, it was a perfect location, very happy with it

We had a super stay, in this cosy cottage.Highlights include:super location,very comfortable beds, excellent shower( with plenty of hot water), well-equipped kitchen and lots of light.We had everything you could need for a great holiday.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Firstly carpark to apartments was out of action so we had to park in public carpark. We we told by choice cottage and owner we would be refunded. I am still waiting 9 days later, after sending proof of carpark and bank details. We arrived latearound 7ish it was dark we could
not find entrance, to accommodation. Hour later walking up down Promenade with a dog crate, bags dog we were exausted. Phoned the home owner no response until next day. Reason could not find the place .. information given wasn't helpful. Actual building called Gabriel house and apartments not RAPHAEL apartments. Intially looked clean, then we started notice lots of cobwebs, dirt,hairs in shower, mould, empty box by bin, outside area so slippery from mildew needed good jet wash as did all windows. We found a puddle of water socks got soaked in conservatory area, which was reported no response. Heating set timer, contact owner have it lowered as our dog was panting we was too hot, again no response. Lovely views, would be amazing place if more attention to cleaning more care to your customers.

Very comfortable, good sized cottage close to Croyde pubs, restaurants and beach. Well appointed, nicely furnished and good up-to-date facilities. Plenty of parking space on the driveway, good efficient heating and well insulated against wind and traffic noise. Communication with the management company was efficient and easy. We would definitely return to Little Gem Cottage.

Great holiday home in a lovely village. The cottage is really well equipped and beautifully presented. This was our second visit and we loved it even more than our first. Two brilliant pubs serving excellent food in the village. Unfortunately the shop had closed this year but hopefully it will re-open by our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage for our wedding anniversary, lots of nice places to go from here with great views. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in and the cream tea on arrival was delicious, we would definitely recommend a stay here 😃

Beautiful setting with views over the Braunton Burrows and to the sea. South facing to make the most of the sun at the front and a courtyard garden with a hot tub at the back which is excellent after a day at the beach. Rustic farm conversion with separate BBQ and fire pit area to gather in the evening.

Our stay at Tideaway Cottage in Instow was amazing!
The property was literally beside the beach with a 60 second walk. The cottage was well equipped, very tidy and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay.
We know Instow very well, and it was great not to worry about parking, and our little place was so close when we needed to come home to rest after a long day out on the beach or visiting local places.
Choice made it very easy for us to book, and communication was very good, too.
Highly recommended and we will be back soon :-)

Great little cottage ideal for a couple who want to get away for a bit. Clean and comfortable and quiet.

House well equipped and in a good
location. However the shower tray flooded. Drain blocked so you had to have a very quick shower so it didn't flood. The garden gate was old and broken and extremely difficult to close. Bramble next to gate not cut back poking you when leaving and entering the property. Toilet door didn't shut and when I tried I got stuck! The sitting room door didn't shut either so doing toilet business was embarrassing!! No welcome pack on arrival. Several sockets didn't work. The company don't read the emails as I sent one outlining my issues and got a bog standard - glad you enjoyed your stay!! Well overpriced considering all the issues

100% on accommodation.
All you need to bring is yourself as everything is at hand .
Great introduction from hosts.
Only note would be to invest in mattress toppers as to the beds been split , this would add to an better sleeping experience.
Would I stay again 100% yes .
Would I shout out to friends and family ,already have .
Most beaches 25-35 mins away..Barnstaple great for shopping and eating out...
Local supermarkets 8 mins away.
Closet pub 3 mins away .

We had a lovely family stay at Whitehaven. The property is excellently equipped (it even had dog shampoo) and is in a great spot with 2 good pubs within 10 minutes walk. Perfect!
