Stayed for a week in Beacon View, Braunton. Property was excellent, spotlessly clean & with everything we needed. Hot Tub was perfect and we particularly enjoyed the conservatory with pool table.

The booking process was easy & communication from Choice was good. We would not hesitate to book again.

Great stay at this lovely cottage in the heart of Braunton. Fully equipped for a family break. Fab location for exploring the neighbouring villages and beaches.

Seagrass is a perfect little cottage in a great location in Croyde - tucked out of the way but easy walking distance to the beach and village. Lovely to be able to see the dunes & sea in the distance. The owner Chris is really helpful and welcoming. A few hiccups trying to book, but overall good service from Choice Cottages.

We have just had a 4 night stay at this lovely cottage, and were blessed with beautiful weather. The cottage is in a great spot and I loved to see the sheep in the field opposite every morning 😁🐑. The owner made us feel very welcome. Comfortable beds, lovely decor, and a very homely feeling. We would definitly stay again 👍

They were great up untill we arrived at the property and found the kitchen oven and hob uncleaned, 6 out of the 8 dinning room light bulbs not working and the sheets in the childrens room unchanged. Having made them aware we assumed the problems would be corrected and we could just get on with our holiday. Not so. This was a £2500 luxury family property. I would never ever hire a property with them again.

We had a great family break staying at Victoria cottage in Croyde. Choice cottages left some wonderful seasonal welcome gifts for us which was a lovely touch. The cottage was extremely well looked after, comfortable, clean and very cosy. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever come across in a holiday cottage, so we had some great family meals during our stay. The location of the cottage is perfect, close to pubs, restaurants, the beach and coastal walks. And the information provided by Choice cottages and their communication was excellent! We had a great time, thank you!

This is the third or fourth time we've used Choice Cottages, this time though an AirBnb listing. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly, and the house had gorgeous views and was good value (Ranch Chalet in Croyde). And Choice Cottages allowed us to move our booking due to a family member having Covid – much appreciated. We won't hesitate to use Choice Cottages again.

Our holiday at Whitehaven, Georgeham was lovely. Beautiful cottage, well equipped, very comfortable and welcoming. Dog friendly, with a secure rear garden and handy stairgates to keep 'explorers' in check! Nothing to fault, at all. Great village, two good pubs, small shop for basics and a very friendly feel. Nice and close to Putsborough / Croyde beaches.

We had a lovely time.the bungalow was beautiful very clean lovely quiet location plenty off shops to look round in the village and pubs . Would recommend this place to anyone the pool table was a bonus lovely hot tub to relax.lovely welcome with scones with jam and cream and a lovely bottle off bubble.

Whitehaven is a beautiful getaway property, decorated & furnished to a very high standard. Georgeham is a very quiet village with two really good pubs (King's Arms & The Rock Inn) both pet friendly with great menus, the bright lights of Croyde are only a short drive away. If you are looking for a "chill out" break then Whitehaven is the property for you.

We've just had a fabulous break in Devon staying at Snowdrop Cottage, Bishop's Tawton near Barnstaple. The property exceeded our expectations and was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful quiet position. The owners had thought of every need a guest may have and some they didn't know they needed!
The bonus for us was a fabulous Hot Tub. Be sure to pay the extra to include it in your booking as it's worth every penny.
The property was perfectly situated and a short drive from fabulous amenities & attractions. We especially loved our visit to Keypitts Outdoor Activity centre and had a great morning Quad Biking and getting muddy (if you visit take a change of clothes). We were within easy reach by Car of the beautiful Devon Coast and took in Ilfracombe, Coombe Martin, Lynton/Lynemouth, Westward Ho, Croyde and many other places.
We will definitely be going back!!

We loved our stay at Whitehaven. Such a peaceful location, and the house is so well equipped. So many things we loved:
Off road parking
Great views from upstairs
Peaceful and well equipped garden
Well equipped kitchen
Lots of space for 5 of us
Great location, easy to get to beaches and great pubs
We will definitely book again!
NB we had an issue with the electric and the property manager dealt with it very quickly and efficiently, particularly considering it was a Sunday morning.

We have visited Croyde many times but thought our accommodation on this occasion was superb and suited all family needs. Also loved the hot tub in the evenings and found the outside hot shower so useful especially after surfing. Enjoyed local good food at the Manor and the blue groove and of course the an ice cream from Croyde ice cream shop.

A good holiday home, well equipped and very clean and tidy. Not overlooked, but at times some road noise. Didn't have a recycling bin to start with, but consierge very good. Could do with some more garden furniture and a parasol, but overall the house worked well and we had a great week.

The administration of our Beacon View booking was faultless and Beacon View was immaculate and comfortable as always. The very hot weather was a bonus although it made the glass conservatory unusable during the day. Braunton is a delight and North Devon is glorious. Two niggles: We couldn't get the washing machine to work and I would recommend that the owner/agent makes it clear (in advance) under what circumstances they plan to visit the property during a tenancy.
