I would select zero or negative rating number if possible! This company has the most harassing business practices of any company that ive ever seen.

Ive declined their offer and asked that i be removed from their phone list 2-3 months ago. They will not honor my request and continue to call weekly.

Excellent service provided by the tech. He arrived ahead of schedule and fixed the problem quickly. He explained things as he went along. Would highly recommend. Service fee was on point as well Thanks.

When I incured some unusual circumstances during my Claim which I hadn't incurred before for any of my Claims, Chice Warranty made it happen with 1 phone call without any questions or hesitations.

Excellent response time for washer service and repair. Repairman knowledgeable and thourough.

Ultimately, the contractor was great and fixed the problem quickly.

However, CHW initially assigned a company that could not do the work for nearly two weeks. This is often the case w CHW. Waiting two weeks for an AC repair when temps are 95 degrees is untenable.

I had to push back multiple times through multiple layers of AI and real humans before the company finally reassigned it to someone who could be there the next day.

I understand increased demand during temperature extremes, cold or hot, but you are the pros and have all the data from years of doing this to be able to do much better demand/capacity planning, and have extra assets available to provide timely customer service.

Leslie M was very helpful and understanding. She was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful especially with Military Service Members and Veterans. Highly recommend CHM.

Many excuses to honor a claim

They denied my AC repair claim. My 10-year-old AC condenser has developed a leak, but they are claiming the damage is not covered because the condenser coil fins have become bent and clogged with debris, allegedly causing improper airflow and the leak.

However, the technician they sent clearly stated that the bent fins did not cause the leak. This appears to be nothing more than an excuse to avoid paying for a covered repair. Their handling of the claim has been extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, shady.

I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my lawyer to challenge the denial and pursue the matter further.

Zero stars it's scaming company
I need them twice.. first when I had a small leak in my garage roof then when my water heater needed to be replaced
In the first case they denied me and in the second case they told me that I have to pay eleven hundred under non covered conditions instruction which is scam
Save the thousands you pay for their membership my friend cuz it's going to help you to fix without even hustling with them

It was great. It was a short turn around, the tech was in and out in 5 minutes, and did a great job.

Agent was very knowlegable and helped this veteran out.

Choice Home Warrenty - Stay Away from it - My dishwasher went bad and the technician came and gave an estimate of $ 395 for repairs. The replacement cost of my Dishwasher is $1200 to $1400. The mAke and model is Whirlpool Model WDT750SAKB0. TO MY SURPRISE CHOICE IS OFFERING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DISHWASHER AND THE MONEY THEY ARE OFFERING IS $272. Less than thee repair cost??
