Not mad, just disappointed
Originally, I was a fan of this company. They shipped out the medication pretty quickly and the instructions were clear. But then everything changed for the worst very quickly. I’m in a position where I have to take drug tests every month (probation). I tested positive for Oxycodone and immediately talked to my provider I have with the VA and conducted my own research. I was informed that it’s not an abnormal thing to test positive for oxy while taking this medication. Due to the test result, I’m in a position where I needed a simple note stating that taking this medication CAN make you test positive for oxycodone. My VA provider was more than willing to write the note, but due to the fact I went outside of the VA to obtain this medication, he was unable to write said letter. I reached out to this company and the doctor that prescribed me this medication absolutely refused to write this letter. Telling me that this medication doesn’t result in false positives for oxy due to xyz and that essentially, it’s my fault that I didn’t get more intensive testing done to determine what caused the positive result. Although I do agree that I should’ve sent my urine to a lab, it’s literally all over the internet that this medication can make you test positive for oxy. Because the doctor couldn’t provide a simple letter stating that this medication CAN result in a positive result for oxycodone, my freedom is now in jeopardy. Theres a high chance I’m going to spend time in jail simply for taking a prescription drug. Unnecessary lawyer fees, court fees, and extended probation all because a note couldn’t have been written. Its super disappointing and sad.

In many cases, standard immunoassay urine screens can show unexpected results, and confirmatory testing (such as GC/MS) is typically required to determine the exact substance present. Because of the legal and clinical implications, providers must follow strict medical and regulatory guidelines regarding what they can and cannot certify in writing.
That said, we understand that from your perspective, you needed support in a very urgent moment and feeling like that support wasn’t there is understandably upsetting. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns like this seriously.
We strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to request formal confirmatory lab testing and to work closely with the testing authority to ensure accurate results are documented. I will write an update on my one-star review that I can no longer edit. I have seen a big difference for myself on the meds. Once I received them, it was a huge help. The shipping speed should change just because of the severity of some people needing help ASAP, but my overall experience since then has been good.

I had terrible intestinal pain and finally had to stop taking the it. I doubled over in pain several times a day. There has got to be a better way. The meds didn’t stopped the cravings at all.

It was a slow start..
It was a slow start... I didn't notice a change at first. My desire to drink has steadily decreased, almost an unnoticeable change day to day, but here I am going from six drinks a day to one drink every few days. It's a work in progress, but it's now much easier to say "no" to drink #1, which means there isn't a drink #2. This is the help I needed. If you struggling like I was, I highly recommend this protocol.
