I found that the motivational tools coupled with the daily inventory was effective in reeling in an excessive habit. As far as the medication is concerned, I personally did not feel that it was of much help. I would recommend the program for people needing a nudge in the right direction for controlling excessive alcohol use.

Be careful because there’s no one to actually talk to, and the medication is strong and can damage your liver
The AI bought is fine, but really not that helpful. Also, it would’ve been great to talk to a real person or the doctor that prescribed me because of medication was way too strong and I finally am on just a quarter of a pill a day.

I appreciate their customer service very much. I was charged for a new round of medication. The next day I request a refund and to have my subscription canceled, as I currently cant afford those payments. Even though it does not follow their policy they were able to cancel my subscription and give me a refund.
