It’s like a cloud has been lifted. My experience is reasonably mild but I am feeling better each week and the feeling i have is that I am lighter and less up and down emotionally. Things are now feeling easier for me.

Worthy Option
I think CYH is a worthy option if one wishes to delve deeper into one's mind. I have had two ketamine sessions thus far. They are nothing to fear--you know who you are while on the ketamine! Ketamine from my viewpoint allows your mind's eye to become focused, front and center, without all the other noise. My clinician was a calming supportive enhancement to the experience.

Finding Choose Your Horizon has been a turning point in my journey with both mental health and addiction/trauma. I am especially grateful for Adam, whose support continues to go above and beyond. By being so open and transparent, he helped me strip away the shame I’ve carried for years regarding my mental health, trauma, and unhealthy, addictive patterns. By taking a proactive approach, I feel more confident and less shame, and cannot thank Adam enough for supporting me over the past 5 months through my treatments.

Although I'm still drinking a little to much, I'm much more aware of it. I feel a little more in control and I'm considering when and where I drink much better. It's been 5 weeks and I'm happy with the progress although it doesn't look like much.

My name is Marcin and CYH ketamine treatment was the best holiday gift I ever got myself. I stand firmly on the ground I built, which was shaky, but I feel more unflappable and I now have the CONFIDENCE to ask myself the questions I've been running from for 35 years. I don't remember the last time I hugged my mother and told her "I love you" because it felt uncomfortable, but these moments are precious and finite, I now treat my mental health as precious too and could not think of any better way to honor my mental health than Choose Your Horizon.

The naltroxone is really helping me
The naltroxone is really helping me, but now I can't get into my portal and no one is answering my emails. I have no way to go in and cancel my prescription or talk to anyone. So I'm essentially paying $300 for a bottle of pills, nothing else.

The on-boarding was a seamless…
The on-boarding was a seamless experience. You’ll begin with a professional “doctor’s” appointment and after approval transition to a varied selection of sessions—individual or group integration. I went in with a heavily educated mindset.
The companion app is useful to keep fidelity to your intention of medicating for therapeutic purposes; drinking or KAP or “both” can be kept tracked, graphed, and monitored. It keeps the insights in one location—easily accessible.
The scheduling and the open availability is wonderful for those weekends where you have time for entire day sessions and integration practices. The KAP benefits were instantaneous and lingering. Options become more available as the provider monitors and gauges your responses to the treatment—the ability to potential increase/decrease/maintain dosages was beneficial, but ultimately reaffirming.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Choose Your Horizon and will definitely keep in touch with the professionals via social media, too. The staff’s presence online is just another positive reminder of the personal work that goes into self-help, but if the unlimited guidance that is offered, too.

This is overall quite a good experience. My good days are much better, even though I've had a few really bad days. My dog in ICU was a big trigger, but im setting records now. Drinking less than I have in years.
