I ordered a rotary watch for my mom for Christmas, I got it at a bargain price, it’s in perfect condition and was packaged very well.

The battery in the purchased watch was empty or broken. We were allowed to buy a new one. It cost 15 euros. However - even after repeated requests - we were only reimbursed 10 English pounds.

I am very happy with my beautiful watch, the rose gold is gorgeous, & the leather band is probably more chocolate colour then grey, but, I really love the colour. The face so easy to see the time, very, very happy 😊

The product is perfect. Performance is beautiful. Service was fast and efficient. The only thing is confusion about the watch strap. Should be brown leather but it arrived partly pink, partly greyish. All in all the watch is a masterpiece and can bring satysfaction.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company has an appauling after sales service.

1st watch purchased had a timekeeping issue way outside the spec of the watch) it was returned for a refund. However I liked the design of the watch so much I gave Watches 2U / Chris Elli a second chance. The second watch was even worse than the first and not suitable for the purpose it was intended so requested a refund after a period of 1.5 months.

April who is so unfriendly and not at all helpful tried to push their reposibilities over to the manufacturer Rotary instead of taking a professional and helpful approach to the customer.

You cannot speak to anyone who takes any responsibility at the company and are fobbed off with excuse after excuse.

The watches they seem to sell rarely have the full product boxes and and seem to be end of line sales.

You may if you are lucky get a good version of the watch you want BUT if you don't please do not expect Watches 2U to be helpful or professional!

I am still hoping that they will take a more professional and friendly approach so that I can provide a satisfactory update.

First off, this is a front company for the website watches2u_com.
I'm really disappointed with their service as they refused to ship the watch I bought last Saturday, it took them until Thursday to handle my purchase and their decision was to cancel it. As the Royal Mail doesn't recognise the postcode or address of a building that has been in this place for over 20 years they were admen they couldn't print the label so they didn't send it. We receive dozens of deliveries per day, I reassured then that it was fine to send it here, I had confirmation from the postman that anything sent to this address would be delivered. Just because they couldn't print a label they cancelled the order. What they should have done was write the address on the parcel, take it to the post office and it would be delivered to me. Instead, they choose to alienate a first time customer and cancel the order without prior warning.
They clearly have too much business to need new customers. Their attitude made me feel an undervalued customer and I will never make purchase anything from them again. Their prices are competitive but they are not worth the hassle they put me through and the delay they caused me.
The only plus side was that they were as swift at returning the money as they were to cancel the order.

Item came well packaged and on time. (free next day delivery is a real plus)

I was honestly unsure given how much cheaper it was compared to any other site I checked. Really happy. Would definitely use again.

Original Fossil watchband . Very happy with this purchase and wasn't too hard to replace old worn band. Will certainly deal with them again if I need to. Postage to Australia was about 3 weeks

I'm disappointed

I have just bought at Chriselli a Casio G-shock for a really cheap price. The order was prepared the very day I paid, the article crossed Germany and arrived in my mailbox in France less a week later. The watch is in good condition and correctly packaged.
Thank you Chriselli for your efficiency.

Very fast delivery, and a super watch for a fine price.
