Good watch, good price, good service 5stars

I bought a week ago a Skagen SKW6076 from Chriselli, I couldn’t believe the state the so cold new watch was. To begin with, the battery was totally drained, I had to buy a new one, the watch was in the box on top of a cushion on which, normally, had to be wrapped around, if you buy it new, that is. When I replaced the battery, I noticed many scratches on the watch, I spend at least an hour to remove those with sand paper and replicate the brushed look. This kind of purchase I would expect from a occasion from eBay.
In other words, this experience was the worst in my history of buying online, by far.

Beautiful watch for an amazing price. Minimalistic and very sleek design. Very happy with the purchase.

just this week I purchased a Fossil watch from this outlet,I have not had a new watch for many years,this watch I have purchased is so nice in every way that I went out the following day and bought another watch, same type but different colours,this customer is happy with his purchase and the delivery was extremely rapid thanks to the Post Office,prices are good service is good, no more to add,

Thank you so much for my watch which arrived safely and really well packaged today. This was a replacement for the same model that I bought years ago. I cracked the face and the battery was running out so my husband bought me a new one for my birthday...I'm so pleased as it's the nicest watch I have owned!

Product received was not the same product shown on the website and in confirmation email. Company willing to accept return as per their normal policy but not willing to cover the expense of return shipping overseas for their fraudulently represented product. Also 0 acknowledgement that the product looks NOTHING like what was pictured. Don't waste your time, money or breath unless you derive pleasure from paying for frustration and terrible customer service.

I absolutely love my new watch! The price was unbelievable (€ 50,- cheapier than other stores). Fast shipment also. Happy customer

Good webshop with small prices for great watches! I ordered a mini IceWatch, didn’t thought about the size that was mentioned in the description enough. It seems to be a very little watch but that’s not the webshops fault. An idea would be to show a picture of the watch on a wrist so you can see the size of a watch. But all together, good webshop!

Good price, Excellent Deliviery. Unfortunately the watch is a dud. It’s either very old or faulty.
I have attempted to contact Chriselli who are actually warches2u. Who merely say get a battery fitted.
Yea right on a NEW WATCH?
They will cover cost of £10 on a battery and fit that will cost £40+. So this new discounted watch is suddenly revealed as a old, 3 year old if the battery has gone dud, not happy.

However after asking for money back and to return. They were reasonably quick at sending return instructions.
The refund was quick. With no quibbles.

I bought a Skagen Horizont SKW2378 special edition ladies' watch. It is a beautiful timepiece (as most of Skagen's watches are) and I wasn't disappointed with the value or the speed of delivery I experienced with my purchase from Chriselli.
The watch is beautiful and very unique, it has a small, ethically sourced diamond which takes the place of the hour hand and moves around a deep blue face with the numbers on the dial represented by small silver dots, resembling stars in the night sky. Beautifully crafted and although it's a ladies watch, it's of the slightly bigger size (36mm), which I prefer to most of the smaller sized ladies' watches.
I would definitely order from this company again.

The customerservice is very good, they reply very quickly and promptly. The only reason im not LIVID over Chriselli, is that they sent me the wrong watch in the correct box. That almost ruined the xmas gift for my husband. I had to go somewhere else to buy the watch. No sincere apology from Criselli.

Really pleased with the watch I purchased. It was a present for a friend and she loved it. The packaging was of very good quality and the service was excellent.

We have the watch for my daughter. Excellent and delivered quickly, the price is also nice. Keep it up. Greetings from the Netherlands

Bought my watch on the Chriselli website.
It took 5-days before it was in my posession.
Nevertheless i am very satisfied with the wach and especially with the price.
I payed € 87 and till now i did not find it enywhere cheeper.
The product was nice packed and i am very happy with my watch.

I received my order efter 3days ،And I'm very pleased with the packaging and the reasonable price.☺️☺️
