Wish I read the reviews!! Like most I read here, ordered a jacket and was nothing like what was advertised. I got a 50% refund and a jacket that I threw away it was that bad, so wasted my money.

Terrible. Do not order from this company!

They delivered the wrong item very late. They acknowledged their mistake then offered a voucher for half the value of the product I ordered. When I asked for a refund they started ignoring my e-mails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We need to get the company closed down ASAP.

Just horrible. If you order from this company you are asking for headaches, and you will waste your time and money. They have terrible sizing and their customer service is non existant. Your choice but you've been warned....

Bought coat, asked for full refund, not as described at all very poor quality, only thing same was colour, shorter than picture, cotton threads all over, bad workmanship, misshapped and sizing completely wrong, I ordered size larger for comfort, came back at least 2 if not 3 sizes smaller.

First of all they took an age to deliver and when I contacted customer services they tried to claim that the delay was due to the pandemic! When the package actually arrived it was nothing like what I'd ordered. And...when I tried to go to the returns section of the website, it said "you haven't made any orders yet" so I couldn't process a return, even though the website did list my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Like other people, I've had problems. The item arrived after 6 weeks, it was the incorrect item a totally different print t shirt, and it was the incorrect size. I was given the option of a partial refund or if I send the item back to China, at my cost, a full refund. I pointed out that the mistake was not made by me, and that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the seller has to pay for return postage.
Communications suddenly stopped!
I paid by Paypal, so have raised the problem with them, hopefully I will get a refund.

I paid and weeks went by chrisitina clothing company said there’s a problem with delivery, then problem with item out of stock so they’ve had to go to get item resupplied from Vietnam.Then message stuck in customs at which point I cancelled with my bank here in Uk !!
Then another week 10 days went by then received a tracked 48 package .I opened it and inside was a skull t shirt the sort of thing a child would wear saying ace club on it .I looked at the order number and was same order number as the Henley shirt !.
I then I realised that this utter crap was suppose to be my Henley I fix stuff and know things thick cotton nice top but what I received was just garbage junk .
The chrisitina clothing online company selling what look to be Henley shirts are a complete fraud
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are a scam !!!!
Completely disregard the great picture of the clothes you are looking to buy you will receive something completely different and just junk
Save yourself the time money and effort and buy in Uk
This company pretends to be USA and is reality from China and the item wrong and garbage .

This is a scam company stay away from it. I ordered a top for my husbands birthday and got a horrendous top sent after 4 weeks waiting and complaining it was nothing like what I ordered still trying to get my money back

Didn't read the reviews before placing my order. There was nothing online to indicate this stuff was coming from the other side of the planet and ten days after I placed the order I got an email to say there were "issues" with despatch offering me a $10 voucher by way of an apology.
I think there's little doubt that this company isn't what it says it is and I'm now in the process of trying to get my money back via my credit card.

Would love a -1 star rating, but alas no! I ordered a waxed cotton, flannel lined jacket off their site. What I received was a very thin, poor quality poly cotton shirt. I tried to go through their website to return the item but the captcha code conveniently keeps saying ‘invalid’ so thus not allowing to submit request. When I realised that the items were in fact coming from China, I had the sinking feeling that I had, in truth, been scammed!! Caveat emptor ladies and gents.

Received goods after a month but wrong item sent which was rubbish now they will not refund my money or answer my emails do not buy off them

I ordered 6 shirts from them mid November. Seeing that the prices were low and the company was overseas, I knew that I would not get fast shipping but was OK with this for the price. The shirts came in 1 or 2 at a time with the first one arriving late November and the last two arrived late December. HOWEVER, the issue was the last 2 shirts were not the color, logo nor size I ordered. I contacted them to see about sending them back and getting the correct 2 and they only offered a partial discount or if I wanted to pay for return shipping (to China, like I was going to pay more than the shirt cost). Sent several more emails stating, I still wanted my order to be completed correctly and send me the two correct shirts I did not get. No further responses after about 4 more emails. So, now I cannot even get the partial $13 return they offered in the first email. Also, the shirts are very thin and also tend to run small as I typically wear a L or XL, and ordered XL for comfort and the XL are about as tight as a L and I am scared to even put them in the dryer. Would NOT recommend.

I wish there was a 0 star as that is what I would give as they do not reply to emails or messages sent via the web site. I have been waiting for 3 week for item to even be sent as web site still has it as not packed yet.
Do not use these scum they take your money and do not send you anything. use paypal as you may have a chance to at least get money back.

I ordered 2 jackets on November 26th 2022. Still have no tracking. You can’t contact them and you can’t get a refund. They are scammers and take your money

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my son-in-law. He just opened it and found that the LARGE is too small. He is not a huge guy, so LARGE is his size. He did not like the sleazy material. This was a "message" shirt and I had searched for the right one to give him. Now it seems we are not able to return the shirt and get a refund. What kind of company would make you keep something that was inadequate?

The company sent an item that looks nothing like what I ordered. Now I will have to contact my credit card company to stop payment.

I do not recommend purchasing any products from this company. They are extremely difficult to contact & do not reply to enquiries. The incorrect product size was sent out & despite several requests, they have never responded to exchange the product for the correct size ordered or to arrange a refund.
