This is a scam. Notify your bank to refund your credit card. The purchase at the bank says Hong Kong restaurant. Notify the authorities of being a scam. I received some shirts. Nothing like I ordered. They were not heavy cotton, but very thin lightweight women's shirts. Don't buy any of their junk. Only buy local so you can try them on.

I ordered a jacket for my handicap sister and I yet to receive it it's been over a month. They told me they would refund my money and did no such thing this place is a joke I have emails saying they would refund but they just lie and blame everyone else this place is a joke DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IT'S NOT WORTH THE TIME OR HEADACHE

Do not use this scam company ordered four t shirts only three arrived and one was what I ordered . Made from cheap material.
Do your self a favour give them a miss
Also no way to contact them.

I, like many others here wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this sham of a shop! I also wish I could it zero stars. I understood the goods were coming from China - this wouldn't have been a problem to me if the goods that finally turned up were the one's I had ordered! Basically I ordered two shirts of a certain design, by a certain make. After nearly 3 weeks two shirts did turn up, but they were nothing like the ones I had ordered. Okay, honest mistake I thought, I'll just contact their customer service email and get them changed (I always give people the benefit of the doubt), however every email bounces back with a failure notice. There is no other way to contact this firm! You will be stuck with the awful quality, cheap rubbish they send you with no possible option to return them or claim a refund. Please do not use this firm, I implore you. You will be ripped off. Don't think 'Oh it'll be okay for me, they can't do this everytime!' Well read these reviews. It will happen to you, you will be ripped off. The clothes you receive will not be the same as the ones you order, if you receive anything at all, they will be cheap sweat-shop produced market-stall rubbish, and you will be able to do nothing about it. I promise this true. I would have got more out of burning £40 than I got from this 'shop', I'm just glad that's all I spent and it wasn't more than that! Please, please do not use this 'shop'. There, you have been warned!

Absolute scam. Received 4 T shirts ordered but much too small. Although website says free returns, impossible to contact them. Emails keep being rejected.
So no refund received and stuck with T shirts too small. 😕

Well, I got most of the items ordered in the 4 weeks that was expected. The whole order did not come and there is no way to contact them. I have attempted multiple times via separate emails and through their website-which does not work.
They have 2 stars only because most of the order was received. Do not expect any quality of the product. It's a $5 shirt for $20.

Ordered a wax canvas wool lined men's jacket. Picture on website matched another more expensive quality brand.

Received a very flimsy imitation of the jacket. No return instructions.

I wish I could write a review with ZERO stars.😡 I placed 2 seperate orders, one for a gift to one address, the other to my home. Thank goodness the gift made it to where it was supposed to go, but I have yet to see mine. Tracked it to the same address as the gift, but they did n9t receive it. I've been trying to contact them, but 5he service emails come back undeliverable! From now on I am going to be more careful and check to see where the orders are coming from.

I ordered two t-shirts and a pair of cargo pants.
The garments are made from fairly low quality materials however, all three items fit me and are quite comfortable.
Postage time was two weeks from day of order to my front door.

Literally if I could do no stars I would. Ordered clothes a literal year ago and they never showed up. I gave then a few months because COVID was still on the rise before I emailed and asked for a refund. They said they would and then never did. Absolute scam.

The size is wrong ordered sweatershirt but it felt like paper and was thin. Tried returning but could not get a response when I would submit ticket or try to email it would say the email doesn't exist. Very disappointed my 13 year old spent her own money I am still trying to get this returned.

SCAM AND STOLEN ARTWORK
I run a small Etsy store and have created my own t shirts, designed by myself and made myself. This website has stolen my photos (of my boyfriend wearing the t shirt) and are selling them as if they are their own. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Every single item on this site has been stolen by other companies. It is one big organisation with multiple clothing websites all doing the same thing. Don’t waste your money.

This is a scam. No other way to say it. They take pictures of nice products on the internet, and sew up a shower curtain that isn’t refundable.

Extremely bad. I didn’t realize how unprofessional the website looked until after I got the shipment, it was a terrible experience. So embarrassed I fell for such a cheap company

Another Chinese scam company pretending to be American! I am a designer and work for major brands and work with Chinese factories. A dead give away it’s chinese : the cut off models heads, delivery is 5 weeks, prices to good to be true and sizes up to 5x which fits like a USA XL. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Products extremely poor quality and not as pictured or described. Took a month to receive order, now cannot get customer service to respond for return/refund. Disgraceful.

They do not return or modify like they promise on their website. My 11 year old placed order and accidentally ordered a 4x, I emailed within 15 minutes to request a smaller size, they emailed me back a few hours later saying "sorry, it already shipped", when it came I found out there are no returns, quality is very poor, very cheap and thin for a "sweatshirt". They got my $25 plus $10 for shipping. Lesson learned.

Horrible…don’t order from this place. They only sent me 1 out of the 2 things i order and it kinda fits but it’s also very tight…It doesn’t stretch or anything and it came with a hole in it. I spent around 64 dollars for two things and i only got one and i emailed them asking to pls send me the other shirt or to give me my money back and they still have not replied to me yet and i don’t think i’ll be getting my money back which is just horrible..I also waited for over a month for this to come and they never updated the shipping progress. I’d rate them a 0 if i could.
