I pray this program works better than the initial set up. What a nightmare, counselor seemed to have too many pans in the fire and could not remember one thing from another. I hope I did not make a mistake.

My wife and I wanted to be sure that we were choosing the right program as well as the right path in regards to clearing up our debts. After speaking with (Justin) the senior debt counselor of this company, we both felt like this would be a good move for the both of us. We were able to select the program that would best fit our needs. We were also satisfied with how well the program was explained to us. It helped our confidence in getting started.

Bad customer service! I recently was in touch with Trinity and was hopeful after hearing different options. I was then asked to obtain information, I received a call from an unknown number 2 days after on a Saturday and no voicemail. I then received another call in 3 business days from my original inquiry with a rude voicemail stating that they want to help but can't make me pick up the phone and when I'm ready to make this a priority to call them back. I was able to listen to this over my break at work. I also received an email stating they tried to contact me 'several times'. I would like to give them a second chance but this was really rude.

Great service and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Super compassionate and felt Jordan legitimately wanted to help us. I am excited to be on the road to be debt free and learning how to budget so we are never in this place again.

My counselor was very knowledgeable and supportive. There was no pressure or condemnation about my situation. The paperwork was very well organized and thoroughly explained with lots of opportunities to ask questions, which were handled very well. I feel confident that I know what to expect as we go through the rest of the process.

I just want to say, "Thank you" for helping us get back on track. Life throws you some curve balls and we found ourselves deep in credit card debt. We tried the "snowball" method and it wasn't working for us. Although I was freaked out about doing this, we took a chance (I read great reviews about this company) and we are so glad we did. We finished the program in March 2019 (started in Feb 2015). I always got a quick response to any question I had and they guided us through this process with great care. I am so thankful for this program. I definitely recommend this company!!!

I have been putting off calling for months, but always praying on what I should do, and kept hearing the commercial on the radio. Finally at my wits end I entered my info on the website and received a call from Jordan, who not only took the time to explain everything to me, he listened to my questions, my fears and my tears. In a matter of a few days, I was on my way to working through my debt, and getting under it, and getting on my way to paying it off, in a very short time....not the rest of my life.
