One of a kind

This watch has fulfilled my Dad's expectations. The main advantages are: solid material, mechanism and plenty of interesting functions. Those features make this watch a remarkable object - one of a kind. I would recommend this to everyone who needs simple solutions every day but also needs something unconventional.

Great contact and very responsive…

Great contact and very responsive customer service. Also, the shipment was fast, and the watch was well-packaged. Everything is good with the watch, too. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Avoid Chrono 24 !!!!! High Risk

I am highly dissapointed with quality of services and lack of profesionalism Watch delivered on 20/12/2024. I have photo evidence - proof from DHL that watch was delivered directly to Buyer mailbox. All documentation delivered to CH24. Despite the evidence - Chrono decided to pay back money to Buyer (surname Diputera from France - avoid him). CEO of company do not take responsibility, the same with person responsible for Customer Care and Complaints. They propose to do everything on my own to repossess the lost money

It is unbelievable !!! Lack of competence and secure processes.

It happens, that the shipping company confirms the delivery, however the recipient is not in possession of the item. In this case, for the security of both parties, the sender needs to open an investigation.

Please note that we also rely on your cooperation to hand in all the required information.

Once the investigation is concluded, the necessary payment, either to sender or recipient, can be done.
