Contact was smooth and the shipment was very fast. Watch is new, with all the documents and box accessories. The watch strap had a little glue left over from the production, so I had to polish it. Other than that, the other strap part and the watch face look perfect.

My shipment was sent 7 business days after payment.
At the time, the seller did not give clear and specific answers as to what was going on and contact with chrono24 was very limited. Everything ended well, but requiring so much patience when shopping for watches should not be the case. The customer should be clearly informed on an ongoing basis to remain in control of the situation, otherwise it is easy to panic that we have been deceived.

Great experience with Chrono24
I have reached out to Chrono24 on a few occasions via their helpline and the responses were quick and helpful.
They were very helpful in cancelling an order for which I had already paid and the refund was received within 3 business days.
I then purchased a different watch from a trusted dealer and paid/received without any issues. The whole process has been excellent and overall, I would recommend and buy from Chrono24 again.

seller worth recommending. The watch looks better than in the photos, which show every little defect that is not visible in real life. Fast shipping, the next business day. The watch was with me the next day. The package was well secured, everything in a large box, filled with many air bags to minimize the risk of damage.
