I bought quite a few times on this platform and it was ok but some years later they have expanded and the service has not been has it was I spoken to the dealer that I was not happy with the watch he said no problem send it back so I did this and contact chrono they said wait for the time limit that the dealer gives the ok and we will refund you straight away that’s what they said I was told by different employees that all was ok and your refund is done can take up to 6 work days to clear you can ask your bank they can confirm the payment is waiting to clear they said only when I contacted visa and said I want you to pull the payment back did I received a copy from the transfer with the same date as I called strange when I was told it’s been done it’s on it’s way Bull Shi:: I don’t have trust in them anymore there are manny more platforms out there and I will be using them in future by the way bought two watches last week Rolex and Tudor so they missed out I got the watches in two days both like the dealer said they were so I would be carful 👎

They force you to place the funds in escrow in USD rather than the currency you are buying in and charge a rip off fx rate an top of the charges you then get from your credit card , this is on top of all the fees they are charging the vendor so you end up paying 5% more in fees than needed

Variety anf range of watches selection

I have bought quite a few watches on Chrono24 over the years. I haven't had any problems with the platform. Even when I did have issues with the watches, the sellers were quick to rectify the problems or resolve the issue.

I trust the Japanese sellers as they have always taken pride in the watches they sell.
However Fedex was very slow to deliver the watch. They even used a very poor exchange rate to charge for the GST which i believe they profited from it

This was my first time buying from Chrono24. I was quite skeptical buying online as I normally prefer to see the actual product first. But I wanted the watch so much and keep checking online for more choices and best price. The reviews are great and I trusted it and gave it a Go. Response for my query was first and my dream watch arrived with 2 days to my surprise! The Bvlgari Watch is even more beautiful then the picture. I am truly happy and will buy again

This is my more than 10 times buying a watch on Chrono24

Straightforward transaction. Watch was as described and shown in photos.

The dealer was screened by Chrono24 and was very reliable and efficient. However, I have the following dissatisfaction: Chrono 24 escrow account is in USD (while the dealer’s price was in EUR). That was not a good surprise as I was prepared to pay from my EUR account, without any currency exchange cost. Instead, I had to incur two times currency exchange costs: one applied by Chrono 24 when converting the EUR price into USD as this is the currency of their escrow account, plus one applied by my bank in order to pay to Chrono 24 escrow account in USD from my account in EUR. Chrono 24 should have escrow accounts in their vendors currencies.

Watch went bust after a few days of use.
Please advise how this can be resolved in Singapore.
