Accurate representation of the products for sale and sellers, clear communication when ordered about shipping status etc.
Only one slight disappointment is that the price displayed in my local currency differs from the amount charged by the credit card company.

Having Chrono24 gave me the trust to buy from an international seller. The item was just perfect. The only improvement area was that when I experienced a delay in my local shipping, I had to contact FedEx myself to learn that there was a local VAT I had to pay, and believe there's an opportunity to even more tightly integrate the FedEx system, the tracking system that Chrono24 uses, and Chrono24's own app. Nonetheless, I am really grateful for the experience, thank you!

The watch condition came as described, wonderful. Just that the seller took a while before shipping. Perhaps seller could inform what is happening at their end would be better at managing the delivery expectations.

Definitely a great range of selection of watches from all over the world. However you do need to do your research also and read all the terms and conditions to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase terms and even the buyer protection which has a lot of T&Cs.

My first buy in chrono and extremely grateful to seller for expedite delivery plus change of parts due to scratches which was not mentioned . The integrity of this seller and service is highly recommended . Will buy again

Chrono24 was a decent company in the past. Maybe it has gone the way of many huge companies now. Too big and it’s all about the money only. About cooking the books and flipping it for multi millions in the pocket. That’s fine but keep some standards at least.

Signed up after all these years to sell a few watches, which I bought from them before.

Gave IDs, passport and all.
No response.
A week later, emailed them… I passed the due diligence for fraud and everything. Great!
Nothing happened… my listings were still not updated.

Emailed them again… was told I was selected randomly for more anti fraud checks and I had to download 3rd party software for that…. But I already passed all your requirements and was accepted… now a new spinner with more requirements from 3rd party apps?

You guys are acting like Nigerian scammers now.
