In general ok, but the watch was described as 38mm. and it turned out to be 42mm. i was offered a refund but i had already paid import tax and shipping, it would set me back 1500sgd to return the watch. this was my first experience so quite unfortunate as unlikely i will try again.

Best online watch buying experience
Good app. Wonderful purchasing experience. Had to call the helpline to verify something. The team was super responsive. The only downside was not being to make payment in my currency. Apart from that they do what they claim and the platform has made me one happy man.

My first purchase from them, my wife bought me a watch from there before and it was great.
My watch had to be procured from the source so it took couple of months, during that time I received several emails from chrono24 to ensure me the safety of my transaction and chase the seller on my behalf. all was great all the way till I received my watch!
