Overall a great experience
The site is very well organized. It is very easy to search the huge collection of watches that they have for sale to narrow down exactly what you are looking for.
I had a purchase wherein there was a defect with the watch on receipt that was not shared earlier. The seller was very co-operative and helped to resolve the issue.
In the meanwhile the Chrono24 team was also very supportive and ready to help in any way.

I came home today and received a FedEx…
I came home today and received a FedEx Invoice asking me to pay a further S$60.96 for the shipment of the watch. I am puzzled as I thought when I purchased the watch, I had paid $123/- for insured shipping which stated upfront. It did not says further $60.90 is due upon delivery. This is utterly ridiculous. If this is the case, I shall not buy anything here. I am very disappointed.

Recently, I had bad experience with a shipping company the seller used and reflected that in my review but was asked to revised it, which I did but I still gave shipping a bad score. Generally what was received was similarly listed by seller. I am happy with the service provided by the seller- prompt, efficient and sincere. Thought watch was slower like a minute a day so need to find someone locally to make a little adjustment on the accuracy.
