Perfect experience from start to finish. Callum couldn’t be more helpful when I first enquired and went through different options of the watch I particularly wanted as I had been quite set in my mind the one I wanted. 5 Star experience. I am always dubious about buying anything of worth over the phone or via the internet but the team were so helpful and sent great pictures etc. that I was happy to not visit their showroom. The watch was delivered on time and did not disappoint. It was described as excellent condition and it is exactly that. Would recommend these guys.

Purchased my first ever Rolex. Callum was brilliant. Very responsive in terms of communication even over the Xmas period. Watch was described as mint condition and it did not disappoint. It’s flawless in my opinion. Chronofinder are a reputable and credible company. I was naturally nervous due to it being a distant sale so put a lot of faith in them and they backed up everything they said they’d do. After a few indifferent on-line experiences, I was pretty nervous when negotiating to buy a Daytona 116520.

This was altogether different. Discussions were fair and transparent. The deal was done on 18th, and the watch arrived today (24th).

The watch was described as being in 'mint' condition and hasn't disappointed. On the back of my research, my Daytona is extremely well priced compared with other dealer sites.

I'd never heard of Chronofinder before this transaction. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Callum or using Chronofinder again.
