We're in the midst of the third & final …

We're in the midst of the third & final bathroom reno. We opted to gut the space & enlarge it by reconfiguring several walls. The tub will give way to a stall shower of Carrara marble & the vanity will be Carrara over dark walnut. The "cherry" on this pie will be a pair of Maier Skip Diamond Faucets purchased from CHT-Cottbus. During the entire process of buying & shipping the product to San Diego, CA the people @ CHT were so helpful. We've never done an int'l. purchase before, but it has worked out very well for us (shipping companies could have been more communicative, but it was a small price to pay for the final del'y.) We have only good things to say for CHT & especially Nicole !

Perfect service.....does not get better...

This is certainly a company where service is in focus. We bought several articles, and unfortunate one of the items arrived damaged, - the company immediately agreed to ship a new glass for the lamp. Unfortunate the 2nd also arrived damaged, -but again no fuss, and they shipped a new glass again... And this time it succeeded...

Wish all companies had their customer focus...

Bought 4 lamps - perfect handling

Bought 4 lamps - much cheaper than in DK... two of them had an defect in the glass, but as I sent an complaint with pictures, I immediately got two new glasses. Nice and quick service. This is a shop that I can recommand.
