Spoke with an account Manager named Regan, was extremely helpful, polite and straightforward.

I chose Churchill Knight for two reasons
1. Allan who answered my call was very helpful and explained everything really well.
2. The margins are smaller compared to other umbrella companies, which means more money in my pocket.

Reagan and the team reacted really well to support me with some issues and took over the reigns with no issues when a former colleague left the business. Jumped on a call quickly to give me an update and made the process smooth with no issues, always kept in touch and no task is too much work for the team!

They pride themselves as accounting firm yet they are having trouble counting the company margin. I am fine with being hit, just that it is unacceptable and unprofessional that within my 15/16 months with them I already received two emails on “we have calculated your wages wrong”. Be professional people, you have one job.

I had a great experience, which was achieved by having Amy as my onboarding consultant. I originally was going to be outside IR35, but then this changed, and Amy assisted with this swap for me. She was very helpful and informative and I would recommend the firm.

At the beginning I had a few issues but that was down to naivety on my part, but CK I would say are very good at reacting to my emails etc (and my moans). Thankyou for everything.

I needed an umbrella company due to IR35 regulations and can’t praise the initial discussions enough. That convinced me to go ahead and use Churchill Knight. The fees are competitive and the fact that pay is paid almost immediately is refreshing compared to some companies I spoke to.

Most of us would rather not have to use an umbrella company. But with IR35 reaching further into our industry they have become essential.
My experience with Churchill Knight was very positive. They were exceptionally helpful and quick answer or help with any issues. My dealings with Kylie from the accounts department stood out, I found that she was friendly and efficient and just a real pleasure to speak to.
I you really have to use an umbrella company I would recommend these guys.

Good experience with Churchill Knight umbrella - I'd previously worked on two assignments with Umbrella.co.uk, so this was my first experience working with a different umbrella company.
Prompt payments and seamless onboarding. P45 was also issued promptly, although I had to ask for it.

Had a comprehensive over view of process as I have not used services of Umbrella company.
All the information was promptly provided and Ann-Leigh helped very much in the onboarding process.

Much more reasonable margin than competitors. Was guided by the super helpful Leigh-Ann Rutter.

Been with them for 18m+ First class experience through the umbrella company. I use sacrificial salary into my SIPP and nothing but professional, flexible and helpful. I have had the odd error on payments in but resolved within 24hrs. Highly reccommended.
