Good start, terrible ending
In the beginning, it was really good. Then things went downhill. Late payments, or no payments at all (they forgot to pay). When I contacted them with my new assignment they said all is good I only need to wait for my payment. Started my new assignment and wanted to send my timesheet, but the website won't let me do it so contacted them when they told me they won't be doing my payroll for this assignment with a lame excuse. I gave them 2 stars as their communication is good, but how they treat their customer is really bad. I have been working for a week, but no one actually cared to contact me that they changed their mind.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service, registration was quick and easy, no hassle. It was easy to upload all documents required on their website, again very quick and efficent.
The signing of all documentation was also quick and easy, with electronic signatures.

After having looked at around 4-5 Umbrella companies recently, and after some analysis, I came to the conclusion that Churchill Knight Umbrella was the one to enroll with. In doing so, one of the key factors was the service being offered by Natalie who's been amazing, really. Not only is their monthly fee favorable, but the client portal and other services are well explained. Thanks Natalie!
