I really love the aesthetics of the jacket, such a cool idea. But for the price the fabric and the flow of the fabric just seemed cheap. It pains me to even write this because I love the vibe of COS but I was a bit disappointed with my purchase.

Amazing Customer Service!
As expected with any hand made item, my clothing pieces took a few weeks to arrive (as described on their website) and upon delivery (with nice non-wasteful packaging and a hand written note) I noticed one missing item. I emailed the company who promptly checked my order, apologised for the missing item and promised to send me my missing item, which arrived within a week, along with a fair sized Sanctus drawstring bag and another hand written note. The items themselves are just as pictured on the website and excellent quality. I would absolutely buy from them again.
