It’s is a hit and miss kind of a place. Sometimes you order and it’s better than expect but sometimes it’s not very good.
It’s takes time to arrive but I can’t find such unique clothing anywhere else in uk for some reason. So I’m more than happy to take a gamble now and then and hope that what I ordered will look great on me haha. Just be careful with the sizes.
But they should think about getting a shop on ASOS !

I only made my.order a day or 2 ago... never received any order number or receipt.. so if the order doesnt come then they can justify not sending it because they failed to provide anything! I hope all goes well with this because i didnt just want to waste $100 for absolutely nothing!

Ordered an item in January and finally received today 18/04. The item I have received is completely different to what I ordered. It does even come close to resembling my purchased item. I originally asked for a refund in February as the item was not going to arrive in time and they make it extremely painful to get your money back. Absolute useless site and would never purchase here again.

Ordered 12 items on the 1st of February and the order today is still not complete (12.04.). Two Months and 11 Days and still not all Items arrived. Worst of all, two of the Products are completely different Products. I dont want to wait another couple months to receive the Products that I paid for!

Excellent product. Fits well. Shipping was delayed but CICIFUL reached out to me about that and offered refund, different item, or waiting on product.
Citiful has nice things but they have a horribly annoying habit of advertising and selling items on their website that aren’t readily available to be shipped out. It’s happened to me twice. The first time , I will take on the chin because I didn’t see “pre-order” in the fine print. The 2nd time I looked and that disclosure wasn’t there and my shipment was STILL partially shipped. They are quick to take your money but slow to produce the goods. This will most definitely be my very last time ordering g from this company and I urge ppl to take caution. It could be WHENEVER before you get your items

I saw a front pic of an item, I asked them and 'support' said to be a brief. After waiting +30 days (I was told 'the item was new'), I received an item completely different: it seemed to be made of rubbish bags rather than neoprene, it was supposed to be adjustable (it is not), one suspender was longer than the other one. On top, they did not want to provide info about how to return the item.
Your response tries to put the situation on me (”expectations”). Customer service said lies about the item. My expectation was that the item would look like the picture, and it looked like made out of rubbish bags. I wasted time and money…so do not dare to say “expectations were met”…you guys lie to sell your products

Placed large order, no confirmation email or order number. So upset, such BS I spent a lot of time on the site I was genuinely excited to get them
UPDATE: their support team reached out and helped and I’m very happy with the products I purchased. If they get their ordering system communication fixed I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

I ordered a sequin jacket on 30 Jan. It was shipped on 31st Jan. It hadn’t arrived by 15/2 I raised a complaint on that date. There was lots of back and forth. By the 25th Feb the courier provided me with an email confirming it was a lost package. I provided this evidence. We continue to have back and forth and still no refund! Do not rely on this company doing the right thing! CICIFUL then responded on this site that it was one day since I provided evidence This is not true this is the second time I provided evidence! They would not accept the information provided by the courier service the first time. So they are also untruthful! Furthermore despite the response below the only email I actually received from on my actual email address from them was that the customer team is taking over the management of my complaint. Here is an idea resolve the complaint I raised via PayPal and repay the amount you owe me.

Amazing experience with the products being better than advertised 90 percent of the time. Comes in a timely manner being that it's being shipped from overseas. I had one package i was anticipating but unfortunately recieved another pink lingerie set that was 10$ less than the one I ordered and wanted so I basically paid more for less and the wrong item. The site is still great but Ill have to reach out to them and see if that can be corrected

I was very happy with the products i received. I made an order of 5 items. I got four of them within the two week period. The fifth item took way longer, after an about a month I inquired and customer service informed me the item was on back order, they advised i wait a little longer. Two more weeks go by and I inquired again. I was told it was getting ready to ship. I got it 3 days later. Although the item took a long time to ship I was not impressed by the communication of delay. I would have preferred them to be proactive rather than reactive.However, my experience with customer service has been stellar through and through.
I ordered my apparel on February 13th but some reason my shipment was mailed out without the actual street number for my full address. So after 9 days it arrived to my city's post office on 2/23 but was returned the day after it arrived (2/24). I tried to intersect by emailing the YunHui Express via Track718 on 2/23 to no avail (bounceback email), reached out to customer service the next morning 2/24, which only responded on 2/26 with information that I had already shared with them about the mishap, and now reaching out to complaints team now 2/26 and now awaiting follow-up. I am hopeful that they will respond immediately about the mishap and reasonable next steps.
